The sequel to my Season 4 fanfiction, 'Cybertronian Genesis'. One year after their latest victory over the Decepticons, Optimus and his crew find themselves caught up in events on a scale like nothing they've witnessed before.

Bored and lonely Sherlock falls back to his old heroin habit. It creates a lot of problems for those who love them and they prove just how far they will go to save Sherlock from himself.

Post TF:P Season One finale: Megatron has regained a long lost ally in Orion, and will stop at nothing to prevent the restoration of Optimus. Unwilling to abandon their Prime, the Autobots grapple with the loss of their leader and struggle to do everything in their power to get him back.

One of Starscream's bids for power goes awry and leaves Megatron and Optimus Prime in a situation the two would have never thought possible...

Sherlock, John should have known that much by now, never does anything by halves. When he notices the first signs of an approaching sickness, he, despite his best intentions to keep a closer eye on Sherlock, puts it down to stress and exhaustion. And since Sherlock is very adept at claiming to be fine, John only slowly becomes aware of the severity of Sherlock's illness./Sick!fic

AU. Megatron has successfully conquered Cybertron and now he demands tributes. Unfortunately for a young Prime, he is that tribute and now must become the consort to the emperor and becomes Sparked. By chance, he manages to smuggle his offspring out so that he might experience the freedom his carrier has been denied. But what will happen when Valour's path crosses that of his Sire?

New missing scene from 4x03: Sherlock is searching his mind for memories of Eurus, getting dangerously creative in trying to find them - or any clues at all. John is dragged into the process without warning. Hurt/comfort, bad memories, a lot of pain in every manifestation possible - and caring John of course.

Sherlock is back in London and in John's life, but the aftermath of his time away hits them harder than expected, especially when a new case confronts the detective with crime scenes that remind him of torture and loss. Although everyone tries to help Sherlock has trouble to accept any of it. H/C, Flashbacks, PTSD, aftermath of torture, Asperger's Sherlock, panic attacks, whump.

Summary: Living with the Autobots has become normal for the Yeager family, they moved states to keep a low profile, kept the remaining 'Bots out of trouble for a whole year…then Optimus came back…and it all went to the Pit. R&R Please!

Sherlock's torture left a mark not just on his skin but on his mind, and it's beginning to change how he interacts with those around him. As Sherlock's wounds begin to fester, he has to face his worst enemy- his own mind, and his lack of belief in his own worth to those he holds most dear. EDIT: Rating changed to T for increased gore and violence references.

Sequel to Oh Cruel Fate. Optimus now lives with Ultra Magnus on Cybertron to recover from his tramua. As he tries to come to terms with his feelings for Ultra he has to deal with his soon to be born Hybrid Sparkling. RATED MATURE FOR A REASON!

In 'His Last Vow' there was a big amount of off-screen suffering. So here is a collection of scenes that I missed in the episode. There are intense moments of handling physical pain and mental agony, as well as a lot of H/C, doctor!John, hurt!Sherlock and unwelcome medication in Sherlock's sytem.

Optimus's reproductive protocols get in the way of Megatron trying to beat the scrap out of him, and it turns out to be a lot more difficult trying to fight a mech that wants to clang you, rather than a mech that wants to kill you. G1, Sticky, Dub Con.

Optimus has trouble sleeping, and after self-medicating, he is launched into a horrible nightmare and he begins to question...is he really appreciated on this team? /May be continued, I dunno, let's see how this takes? XD Enjoy

Sherlock was strangled twice in the space of twenty-four hours during the case of the 'Blind Banker' - I never quite brought into the fact that he wouldn't suffer any complications as a result, but when the very worst happens in the middle of the night it falls to John to have to try and save his friend, and this time even he's not sure he can!

John makes the connection: Sherlock was never meant to return from the exile that he was being sent on. That... explains a few things. [Spoilers for TAB/post-TAB. Trigger warning for canon drug use and attempted suicide.]

He gets imprisoned away from his team with only Megatron for company-but when that company is determined to force you to become one with the all spark-life can't get any worse. anything more will give the plot away! Sherlock has dealt with a mystery illness for four years. Sent away from doctors and still undiagnosed, he learns to cope. However, when it becomes worse and his good friend Dr Watson notices, he sets about helping him. A good old sick!fic and some solid platonic bromance. Rated T to be safe. Sherlock is suffering from the aftermath of Serbia, mind and body. John worries and stays at 221b since Sherlock seems withdrawn and hurting. John slowly finds out how bad things really are. He tries to help but Sherlock spirals down into more and more sinister grounds. Doctor!John, Hurt Sherlock. Takes place directly after TEH. 3x01 SPOILERS AHEAD!

Armada AU: Optimus calls a truce that ends the war. But instead of being satisfied, the Autobots throw him out. So he joins his brother and the Decepticons, where he finds new friends, love, and what he's been missing during his time as the Autobot leader. Rating may change later.

Optimus Prime is captured by the Decepticons and tortured. Megatron watches and does some of the damage himself. But eventually, rage turns to lust, and lust turns to obsession.

Post Sign of three: Now that John is married and anticipating a child, Sherlock believes there is no need for John anymore. Or rather, there is no need to put his life in unnecessary danger when he has a family to look out for. Of course when Sherlock himself is in danger, he realises that perhaps you cannot make decisions for others and that maybe he is part of John's family too.

Sherlock is lonely one again, and the pain is too much to bear.

A strange form of the influenza is spreading around London. When assigned an especially interesting case, Sherlock is determined to get to the bottom of it. As Sherlock continues to work on the case, John notices that Sherlock seems much paler than usual and is receiving strange scabs along his arms and legs. Will John save Sherlock before it's too late?

It wasn't the return he expected, not at all. Sherlock is back from his mission to dismantle Moriarty's network. He is badly injured but he just want to be back with his best friend. But rejection leads to a chain reaction and Sherlock has to make a decision. Mentions of torture.

After John and Mary's wedding, Sherlock is heartbroken. He goes to Mycroft for a case, mission, something that would distract him from the overwhelming amount of sentiment inside him. Mycroft tells Sherlock about a threat in Eastern Europe of a group called the Fox Den, trying to reconstruct Moriarty's network with the help of outside informants. Six months later, madness ensues.

Sherlock's bad enough when he's healthy...who knows what can happen when he's sick? Of course, John's the only one who can help the ailing consulting detective. [Multi-chapter sick!fic]

After three years spent with dismantling Moriarty's web, Sherlock finally returns to London - and to John. John, however, after three years of thinking his best friend dead, does not react as expected and is not ready to forgive him, but sends Sherlock, alone and in need of his friend, away. John is still angry and hurt, he feels betrayed by the one person he trusted most but how will he react when he discovers Sherlock's scar littered back is all because of him.

Sherlock can't help but feel alone after all he'd done, after all he spilled to the entire room of strangers at the wedding. He can't help but feel vulnerable. What I imagined happening between Bumblebee and Arcee getting back to base and Optimus's recovery in "Sick Mind" I know, it's an old episode, but I've had the idea rattling around for a while. So this is the result. I can't write a good summary for this.
