![]() Author has written 5 stories for Boys Before Flowers/꽃보다 남자, Avatar: Last Airbender, and Hunger Games. "Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing." - Benjamin Franklin hi there! I joined fanfiction because I didn't like how Boys Over Flowers Ended (KDrama). I'm new to the KDrama and fanfiction world, but since I love writing, I decided that Ji Hoo, the second male lead, had to have a happy ending. So I gave him one. I tried to write my story to continue the KDrama so it seems as though it's what actually happened (or how it should have ended!). I love writing, I enjoy it - so I do it whenever I have time. Once I publish a story on here I'm committed to finish it (unless I've disappeared off the face of the earth!). Before I publish the first chapter, I've already written most of the story so it's mostly editing that's left. I update regularly. A lot of thought and time goes into planning these so I hope you guys like it! Boys Over Flowers will be the story I will write fanfiction on the most - mainly because of Ji Hoo (you could say he's my favorite subject :). About me: I'm Canadian and I do have work and family so writing these short stories happen between 10pm-midnight. I'm not really a writer (I'm an engineer, but please don't hold that against me! :). This is more of a hobby, a fun past time - so pardon me if there are any errors/glaring mistakes in my writing. I am trying to improve myself by reading 'how-to' books so I hope to be a better fanfiction writer in the future. I have been to Seoul a few times and I absolutely loved it! I'd go back in a heartbeat! Unfortunately, I knew nothing about KDramas when I went (I only discovered this summer of 2018). I'm a hopeless romantic so I do incorporate quotes into my stories. My hobbies include: reading (anything from YA to Fantasy), writing, playing Pokemon Go (go Mystic!), eating ramen (I blame KDramas for that!) and travel. I try to go somewhere I've never been to at least once a year. Faves: The first book series I read when I was a young teen was the Night World series by L.J. Smith. I fell in love with the Soulmate principle. I still own all the books in that series and am waiting for the final one to come out (it's been what, 20 or so years???). I actually wrote a book based on it but I can't find where I stashed that one. Lol. My favorite YA dystopian series would have to be The Hunger Games (I'm Team Peeta!). I love reading YA dystopian series but haven't found one to come close to THG. And I've read A LOT of them. I also like The Lord of the Rings and the Harry Potter series. I like the Twilight series too - it was a nice, quick read. People bash it a lot, but you have to admit, it was quite addicting! I didn't know it existed until the movie. I think the BEST animated series ever is Avatar: The Last Airbender. I don't have time to watch TV now, but for movies I'm a big Marvel fan (I love Avengers!). *Currently In Progress Boys Over Flowers HISHE Part 3: The Return (to fulfill a promise I made to someone). *Story in Progress* I know my stories don't have a lot of angst in them, but that's because I think Ji Hoo and Jan Di have suffered enough angst in the KDrama. I thought I'd give them a break. :) That's not to say I don't like stories with angst in them - it's just that the stories that seem to pop in my head seem to not have them (much). I love writing fluff! Lol. Hopeless romantic fluff! Leave a review and let me know what you think of it! Boys Over Flowers: Strength of Heart (A Crossover Story with Avatar the Last Airbender) The F4 in the world of Avatar, when Aang was frozen in the block of ice. I know this is a risk because there may not be a lot of fans, but I'm hoping at least a few people would read it. My target to finish the story is this summer, though I have posted a teaser/intro here, just to gauge interest. Rating is higher for this story, based on fanfiction's description I *may* have to make it M for later chapters. (Note: this is my summer project so I'm hoping this will get done. It's also a 2 part series. This one is told from Ji Hoo's PoV, the next one will be from Yi Jung's PoV.) The Hunger Games: The Everlark Chronicles A series of mini-stories chronicling Peeta and Katniss' time together. Set near the end of Mockingjay, when Peeta and Katniss "grow back together". I cannot write 'explicit' love scenes so don't expect those in my stories. It's not my style. *Future stories* I try not to publish a new one on here until the current one is finished. That way it doesn't get out of hand for me as I have tons of ideas in my head. The below may or may not be published. (If I can finish them, I'll publish them.) Boys Over Flowers HISHE Part 4: The Wedding This is a special request from a sweet friend so I will probably make every effort to finish/publish this. It will probably be really short though, and just mostly fluff. (Started) Boys Over Flowers: A Crossover Story: Ji Hoo's Dream This is a really short, silly story! I don't even know if anyone will read it but I thought of something funny and decided to put it into writing. My friend Mandy wants me to publish it anyway, so this will probably get published, once I figure out how to end it. (Started) Goblin: The Lonely and Shining God: Goblin didn't really get a happy ending, or did he? I'll make sure he does. Boys Over Flowers: A Crossover Story with Lord of the Rings An idea that I bounced onto my friend here, JHsgf82, that I told her I would write because we both started imagining Ji Hoo as an Elven Prince and couldn't stop giggling like little schoolgirls. Lol. :) (Started) Memories of the Alhambra Chapter 17: One shot short story to close the open ending. *Thank you to those who have read, reviewed, favorited (me and my stories) and followed (me and my stories).* You guys keep me writing and give me the encouragement I need to keep going! I know there are a lot of amazing authors out here in fanfiction, so I thank you for your time and for giving my stories a chance. (For more JanHoo stories, check out the authors on my favorite authors page. They are all amazing writers and you won't be disappointed!) Gamsahamnida! ~FIGHTING!~ |
