 Author has written 3 stories for Rurouni Kenshin, and Chrome Shelled Regios. Welcome! August 2013 As I have previously promised, I will--eventually--somehow finish the wandering-years Kenshin story I began. I have added, deleted, added, lost files, researched, forgotten it all, lost notes... Mostly, though, I've just left "Meeting a Legend" untouched. Writing is seldom a compulsion, and when it is, my results are hideous. (These strike me when I am particularly short of sleep.) Again, as stated before, I have plans for what I want "Meeting a Legend" to become, but we shall see. It cannot be overstated that I read more than I write. I don't imagine quite so well, or express easily what I intend. That said, I believe I may attempt ultra-short random reaction pieces in various fandoms as exercises in an atrophied skill. Not drabbles, the word counting would defeat me, just--short. I have had such difficulty logging in; I'm not sure which password finally enabled access, but as the site wants the current given again to change it...this is frustrating me. Eventually, I'll get the proper permutation of characters I elected to use here. I read Science Fiction and Fantasy novels, less SF and more magic/faerie in recent years. I own an ever-growing collection of anime DVDs, with an ever-growing wishlist to watch. I tend to avoid romance and horror and prefer action/adventure genre. Shonen rather than shojo, but there are always exceptions. I work for a grocery store bakery as I have for almost the duration of the life of this account, and I still love desserts of just about all sorts. I am married to a wonderful husband. It should be said that we enjoy many of the same things, and have overlapping fandoms as well...but by no means all or to a shared extent. May everyone be at least as lucky. My LiveJournal account under la_librarienne is possibly worth viewing, includes some life events, and is unfortunately about as dormant as here. I write more easily when I'm not required to make up things, just relate them, though :) You are welcome to visit.
