John Grimm - aka Reaper - and his sister Sam are sent to a small secluded Pacific Island for an unspecified amount of time for enforced R&R while the powers that be clean up the mess that was 'The Ark' and John can come to terms with his new found 'powers' thanks to Sam injecting him with C24. What they find in the jungle however, brings a new nightmare to life.
