I love this song, and it's what I think of as my theme song 'cause the lyrics represent my love of writing, and also have the double meaning of my belief that you are the only one who decides where your life will go... and even though I think that sometimes the future is determined by destiny, it's only because that's where your usual actions will take you, and the future can always, always be changed... That was deep O.O but yeah, this song means a lot to me =).
Mystical Stuffs: I'm a Capricorn; my lucky number is 7 because I was born on January 7th; I've been told (separate sources) my birth stones are Rose Quartz, Garnet and Obsidian; I was born in the year of the Rat; ... yeah, I occaisionally go through the whole 'Mystic Meg' thing... never managed to fully read my palm or figure out my aura though... O.O. But then, since it's nonexistent in the first place... XD.

Music: I prefer rock over everything else, in all honesty. It is, in my opinion, the EoEA: The Essence of Epic Awesome =D! You do not argue with the Essence of Epic Awesome =). That means every kind of rock, too, like gothic and alternative =). I do like pop and R&B, and a little metal, but I can't stand most country, and a lot of rap songs make me want to burn something, preferably the rapper =O. Though, it's the genres as a whole that I don't like, there are some artists from those genres that I love =D.

How I would Describe Myself:
I have this completely erratic personality, to start with. Many tell me that's teenage moodswings, but I highly doubt that, somehow - I've been like it for as long as I can remember =P. I'll start a day all depressed and 'PissoffI'mtiredandgrumpy=(', but then I'll just... cheer up and be hyper randomly XD.

I'm not really shy, not anymore, but I'm still definitely not the most confident person out there =P. I also tend to be too hard on myself, in thinking that my work (whether it's sprites, drawings, AMVs or writing) isn't good enough and is really rubbish in comparison to other people's, even when my RL friends (when they get my notebook away from me at any rate =O) (yeah, wherever I go I take a pencil, paper and a notebook with me just incase I get an idea X3) tell me it's really good. They're awesome friends most of the time, even if they don't know what the snippets of writing in that notebook are for X3 (hugs).

Erm, well, I'd say I'm overly empathatic and emotional. As in... the slightest little thing will mean a lot to me, like someone reading all this crap about me - that would make me go all super-happy and teary-eyed =P. I also get really emotional at stories, because I really empathise with the characters, then when something emotional happens, I start sobbing my eyes out (eg. Near the end of Brisingr, in Saphira's memory of Brom. My god did I cry =O). ...Yeah. It's not like I'm depressed, it is just SO easy to make me cry (coughIfDisneyTouchedItI'llCryAtItcough).

I hate when things come to an end... I dunno, I'm one of those people who don't want to grow up and want to stay a kid forever (Just not like in Peter Pan. That's a film I can't bear to watch, it just makes me cringe for some reason .).

I do tend to be shy of reviewing people, 'cause I never know what to say or how to phase it, so I puzzle over it and stay silent ;_;. I've decided that I'm going to do it though. Yuss. Be brave Becky... XD.

Many would say that I am totally insanely crazy =D. I try my best XD. And that idea you saw yesterday, about a video game that was your real life? Nothing to do with me at all. Honest (radiates innocence) =D.

I love writing, and creativity in general. It gets me down how so many people are focused on the material world when you can enjoy yourself much more by creating and improving yourself and your creations =). Sooo... let's see. I want to be an author when I'm older, while I have infact got some of the ideas for my novel/series planned out already. I also want to be the one to illustate the covers of my books; after all, I'm the character's designer damnit XD. I'll always, always, be on FF.Net though, as my wish to become a writer was pretty much born here =). I'll forever love artistic things too, as well as craft.

I believe that life is what you make it, will go where you want it to, and no matter how hard the rollercoaster ride that it is tries to throw you away from the controls, you are always the one steering it =). Now how's that for a bit of a self confidence booster =D?

Why I Write: Eh, well, I've always liked English so I guess that's one of the reasons I write in leisure time, though I only do it when I feel like it... I also read a lot when I was small, and taught myself to read more difficult stuff, since I always enjoyed reading well written stories and escaping the boredom of reality .;; ... so, yeah, I don't really have a particular reason why I write, I just do it 'cos it's fun =P And if I don't feel like it, then I don't write (Unless it's homework that has to be in the next day. Then I write depending on whether I feel like getting a detention or not XD).
What Genres Do I Write In: Erm... that is a very good question XP. Anything and eveything I suppose =D! I do have a SonAmy fic (on hiatus, I'm afraid), so there's a romantic one, Rush Of Flames, I think counts as an adventure (well, it is an adaptation of an action/adventure/platformer XD)... I've got another vague idea for an actual adventure fic too, but I really want to get a proper plot down on paper (Microsoft Notepad, rather XP), since, well, (pokes TaP,LaL). If I'm in the right kind of mood, I can easily find ideas for a cute, suspenseful, depressing or horror fic, but when I'm in that sort of mood, I always seem to be super-busy .. In all honesty, I dunno really what genres I write in in preference, I have to find out through trial and error first =P.
What Fandoms Do I Write In: Easy question! Sonic has got to be my favourite (I'm totally not a fangirl... =D), but I'm practically head-over-heels for Kingdom Hearts, without ever actually having played one of the games, since, well: Disney + Final Fantasy + Blender + Squeenix = OHMYGAWDTHATISSSOFREAKINGAWESOME!! =D Also, maybe the Twilight Saga, one day... if I ever get around to reading New Moon and the rest, I love the film and the first book, but I haven't read the other three XD. Pokémon... again, maybe one day =P.
What Fandoms Do I Read: Sonic mostly (see that fangirlism coming into play again? .;;), but since discovering Kingdom Hearts, I stick my nose in there on occasion (read: A lot =D), and (once I'm not afraid of spoilers D=) Twilighters will see me around too =P. But I'm not too fussy as long as it's good writing; terra-badly writen stories, trolls and Mary-Sue fancharacters should be burned in one big fire as a warning to others =O.

¤ I cry lots. LOTS. It's like, I see or read this really happy/sad/tragic/cute thing and it's, BAM! Floods of silent tears... please don't get me started on Lassie. I only just dried my duvet.

¤ Now, carrying on from the last one, cuteness and fluff gets me as well. Only, this time, I shriek a few octaves higher than after swallowing helium.

¤ I. Hate. Peanut. Butter. =S I will not hear one word supporting it's taste. I would rather eat brussel sprouts drenched in marmite. And considering my hatred for marmite rivals that for peanut butter, that's quite an achievement.

¤ I love cats/kittens/felines =3 I don't get the popularity of dogs... I mean, I love all animals, but wouldn't you rather have something that doesn't bark/lick/slobber all over you, but instead you can cuddle, stroke properly and let sleep on your lap/bed? I really don't get it... Oh well! Dogs are awesome too. Just not quite as awesome as cats X3.

¤ I love smileys and stuff =D If you ever talk to me on MSN you'll notice little text decorations are something I can't live without ;)... but FF.Net won't let me put my favourite asterixes... asteriscks... little star things for actions =O. ...And I can't spell what they're actually called. Oops. AND IT WON'T LET ME PUT THAT LITTLE ARROW THING ABOVE THE SIX ON THE NUMBER ROW EITHER!! (tear) ='(

¤ Oh, gawd. Typos. I'm paranoid about the little buggers. I have to check everything a zillion times for them and I always manage to miss some =O! It's 'cos the heating doesn't work that great in my room so my fingers are always half-frozen and I never hit the right keys... .;;

¤ I love- wait, is it just me or is this more of a list of likes and dislikes? (shrugs)- Anyway, I love the colour purple. I first decided I loved it when people were talking about their favourite colours years and years ago in like, my first year of school, and I picked it 'cos everyone was saying red and blue and pink and noone had mentioned purple. Not once. So I showed it some love, which then turned into pretty much obsession. Yesss. And then I found out about Cadbury's trademark colour...

¤ One of my bestest-best-best RL friends (if you've been internet-stalking me, Bekkie, I mean you =D!) who's watched a fair bit of anime said my expressions are similar to those in animes XD. I guess that means I'm over-dramitic in facial expressions then =P.

¤ Fact: If something tastes bad but you have to eat it, burn your tastebuds out first. I had to eat these nasty tasting boiled potatoes once, so I just completely and utterly smothered them in horseradish sauce. I couldn't taste anything else either, but it was such a small price to pay... XD

¤ I actually find it really hard to hate something or someone... It's like, if I like it, then I'm all 'HOLYCRAPILOVEYOUBECAUSEYOUARESOOAWESOME=D' but when it comes to not liking something, I'm more like '... I dislike this...' XD

¤ ... I don't like arrogant people D=. I really, really don't DX. Especially the kind who think they always know best and are constantly shoving the 'fact' that they're better at everything than you down your throat DX.

¤ I tend to... fangirl... over my favourite things, especially my fave fanfic authors XP. I try to make my reviews helpful and pick up on any mistakes etc. etc. but often they turn into long rambles about exactly why they and their fic are so freakin' awesome XD.

¤ I mentioned I don't like arrogant people, yes? Well, I'm most likely the other (and just as irritating, my friends have told me XD) extreme. When I'm doodling and class and say a friend looks at it and says "You're a really good artist!" I'm all like "Thanks, but it's really not that good..." and then they're like "You are, though..." and then I'm like, "No I'm not..." and THEN they're like "TAKE THE BLEEDING COMPLIMENT BEFORE I HIT YOU WITH IT!" and... yeah XD. I'm terrabad at taking any kind of compliment XP.

¤ I haven't got any problem whatsoever with 99 percent of couplings in virtually any fandom! It's like, I can understand any reasoning at all behind them, I guess, so I don't mind watching or reading AMVs and FanFics about them =P. BUT I do still end up with favourites =P!
¤ Sonic Couples ¤
-- SonAmy: Well, duh XD. Who dun't like them? And the drama and stuff you can do with them makes for some awesome reading!
-- TailCream: THE FLUFFY-ADORABUBBLEISHOUSNESS. IT KILLS ME. ... They're frigging ADORABLE =3!!
-- ShadRouge: A bit of a more... grown-up romance? It's not as cute, more mature I suppose. But they're awesome =D.
-- SilvBlaze: Aww =3. Only slightly less cutely-adorable than TailCream. And also, quite possibly my favourite couple ever =). Ever. =O (waves support flag).
-- KnuxShade: ... If you haven't played Chronicles yet, GO DO SO NAOW. I COMMAND IT. Now, I SO love Knuckles' reaction to Shade, and the way he acts all protective of her =3. The fact she's another echidna is a reason for that, I suppose, but I think he really really likes her and the way she carries herself, similar to him =).
-- KnuxRouge: My absolute favourite that's not in my balanced top 5 where everyone fits together perfectly =D. These two do have some chemistry though ;P.
-- ShadAmy & SonBlaze: ShadAmy... I dunno. I've seen it so much I'm now rather fond of it. SonBlaze... play Sonic Rush. It comes across as friendship mostly, but I love that ending sequence =3. And he's all super friendly and she's more reserved... Awesome match X3.
-- ShadBlaze & SilvAmy: ShadBlaze... because black, red and purple go together. Honestly, that is about 40 percent of my reason for liking the pairing XD. Other than that, they're both kind of the quiet type and stuff. SilvAmy, mostly because of that bit where they're together in Sonic '06.
-- KnuxTikal & SonShade & ShadTikal & CharmyCream: Ooh... the first two, I kinda like, the second two... I can't really see them, but I have nothing against them =P.

This is a Sonic Rush adaptation (the game that dragged me back into the Sonic franchise from my last contact with them being the MegaDrive/Genesis ones XD), probably focusing slightly more on Blaze's story, and I'm hoping (read: praying) it'll turn out better than Truth did. First chapter will be posted once I've got it done and at the very least a draft of the third chapter down on paper. I'm not letting this one grind to a halt too =/.

Description:; This would basically be a sequel to Rush Of Flames, and an adaptation of Sonic Rush Adventure. I... can't really say much more than that =P, and if I ever get around to getting RoF finished, I am SO looking forward to writing for Marine XD. She reminds me of me and my friends when we were younger - far, FAR too hyperactive to be controlled XD.

Working Title:; Legacy Of Madness (To Be Changed)

Description:; Oookay. This occurred to me after two veeeery short nights, 6 hours before I was supposed to be going back to school after the Xmas Holidays. Just a warning ;D.
Anyway, the idea is that Eggman modified Gerald's genetic code which was being used in the Ultimate Lifeform project, the basic DNA code before Black Doom's DNA was added. Then Eggman adds some of his own, as well as some modifications, and the whole thing backfires. Very, very badly.
I can't say anymore without giving away the plot; this might turn out to be an ordinary fic, or a full blown saga thingy ;D. That is, if I get off of my arse and actually write it =P.

Description:; Simply put? One of them adorable, cutesy SonAmy little one-shots =3. The idea came to me when I found the pieces of paper from when I'd ripped up a bit of writing aaages ago. Then, of course, I IMMEDIATELY got distracted from what I was doing at the time and started piecing them together, trying to read the exact words I'd written =P. Then I thought of Amy, and the notes people passed in class asking eachother out XD. And thus, this one-shot was born!

Idea Numero Uno: Amy's backstory turns out to be... erm... well... A lot of stuff ;D! I so fail at spoilerless summaries XD. I came up with it when I was having a depressed two hours, so now it's on the backburner =P.
Idea Numero Dos: (I know more than just Numero Uno X3!) ... Ugh. I feel bad admitting to even thinking of this =S, One of those really, really depressing one-shot things. End-of-the-world, everyone-you-cared-about-is-dead, and all that jazz. (.Thursday.20th.August.'09.) Omigosh Hiyyaa =D!!

Dahhh, hi there! Yeah, no Rush Of Flames update yet, but that's kinda expected by now, doncha think X3? Naww, I'm here to say that there is hope for Truth =D! My gosh, the holidays have done wonders for my creativity =P. Only problem is... there's only a week and a bit left of them... and that makes me so darn sad D=! I dun't want to choose subjects for GCSEs next year thankyouverymuch, I like being a kid with no stupid exams to worry about DX!

Mmmkay, mini rant went slightly off track there XD. But anyway, I kinda have a working plot for Truth, so I might update just as soon as Rush Of Flames and Dust Incarnate are sorted out X3! But I don't really like the title... or the first chapter... or the half typed second chapter... much anymore. I mean, it's been a year, and I've got better since then D=! So I'll have to make some edits when the time comes. But for now enjoy... actually, moving on, I don't have that chapter I keep promising you guys XD.

And nothing to to with Twilight, like, at all =P. Also, the plot is planned out, and the first and second chapters are being rewritten/completed respectively =P. I could leave the first chapter as it is, but... no. Eww. Ewwww. I can't look at the damn thing anymore without cringing in horror and shame DX. But the rewritten version shall be very similar. On the bright side, the holidays began last Friday and I've got the ball rolling for chapter two again ;D! Dust Incarnate shall be around for you viewing pleasure soon, too, hopefully =P.

(.Wednesday.1st.July.'09.) Hi...

So, um, yeah. No update yet ;_;. BUT. School is coming to a close, not much homework, etc. etc. =D. So there WILL be a new chapter for RoF in the next month. Hold me to that. Bug me to death if there isn't =P.

Also, new idea. Scratch that, new bleeding story! I have, so far, written the plot, finished the first chapter, and will be uploading Dust Incarnate when there is a gap in updating after chapter two of RoF, and once I have written up to chapter two or three =D!

I'mma really sorry I haven't updated Rush Of Flames recently ;_;. I fail so badly. I switch between hobbies really quickly and stuff, I can make Sonic-Style sprites =D.

Buuut, anyway. THEN my teachers thought it would be a great idea to give us five or six projects in the space of... 4 days X.X. They're freaking EVIL I tell you! But since I've updated my profile, maybe I'll update RoF soon =P. Hopefully. At some point X.X.
