Pre-series. Dean 21, Sam 17. A routine salt-and-burn turns into anything but, as a series of misfortunes leave the Winchester boys not only hunting, but being hunted. Plenty of h/c and angst.

Sam knows his dreams don't always have to come true. Right? "Sam can only watch helplessly. In one swift motion, the man casually adjusts the knife in his hand and drives it down. Right. Into. Dean's. Chest."

Pre-Series. John, Dean and Sam are hunting a spirit that possesses children to make them kill their families and it has Sam. Will John and Dean realize it before it's too late for all of them? Sam 13, Dean 17.

And he kept yelling. Because maybe if he yelled enough Don would answer… Don, who had never left him hanging before… if he just yelled enough… Don would realize how much he needed him… because he always did… he always answered when Charlie needed him… he was always there. Character Death.
