First and foremost, I must explain that I am not necessarily new to Fanfiction.net. On my former account, I was described as a 'prolific writer,' writing fifty-two fanfictions over the course of six years. On a split-second decision, however, I have decided that the time has come to start over, and to continue improving with my writings. I hereby am starting fresh: a new username, a new set of fanfiction, several new fandoms, and several fandoms that I've continued to love over the years.

That said, I feel I must put a few questions to rest that could potentially be dwelling in the minds of my former readers.

The first of these answers pertains to whether my multi-chaptered Joshua x Azmaria fanfiction, Amenable, will ever be completed. I apologize for how many times I have stated that I would complete this fanfiction no matter what, but sadly, it will not be completed. Perhaps I will pick it up again if I ever find the inspiration, but until further notice, Amenable ends at the most recent chapter that was posted. I sincerely apologize to the amount of reviewers who continued to support that fanfiction, but I have, unfortunately, long since lost inspiration for it. I suppose another reason it failed was because I had never really taken the time out to plan what the story was actually going to contain as far as a storyline. Both Someone Like Me and Amenable were written on a whim, and while I greatly enjoyed and appreciated the success of both stories (in all honesty, I had never expected Someone Like Me to be as big as it was, much less the sequel being even bigger!), I feel I have let my readers down with it at the same time, with how poorly and loosely-structured the story itself was. Even though this fiction will likely never be completed, however, I would like to take the time to thank all of the reviewers of that fiction, and express my deepest gratitude that so many of you have stayed with me for such a long time.

The second answer pertains to whether any of the fictions on my previous account will appear on this account. Again, the answer is no. As I've said before, this is a completely new set of fanfiction. All of my old fanficions will be available for read at my previous account, if you so wish to read them still.

As I think of more things that may be questioned, I will do my best to answer them in this prelude.

I hope that this new start in my world of fanfiction proves to be a good one! Thank you to all of the supporters of my previous fictions. You have no idea how much I appreciate your continuous support and reviews. Here's hoping I can find my love of writing once again and continue to improve here!

After much consideration, I've decided to remove this section. I'm easily persuaded into enjoying most any pairing (so long as it's written in-character and whatnot), and so I think it's rather pointless to have to keep updating my favorite pairings here on my profile. I am a proud lover of both VOCALOID and UTAU. I don't believe that either is better than the other, and I love the characters from both. I do not believe in saying that UTAU are insignificant, just because it's freeware. I believe that characters from both are special in their own rights, and I love them all.

... though, I will admit. I do play favorites with them sometimes. It's plain to see who my favorite UTAU is.

For those who are curious, my favorite anime/manga series in existence is Bungaku Shoujo. ]

04/18/2015: ... well now. It's been ... years. A long time. First off, I've moved to AO3. kasenrin is my name over there, though my profile also states that I post things at norquin on both tumblr and dreamwidth as well. I haven't been writing a lot, due to a lack of inspiration and a wrist injury. I think I am pretty done with fanfiction.net, though, so I won't really be doing anything more with anything on here. Sorry, everyone. I want to thank everyone for their reviews and their confidence in me, though. You all have done a lot for my confidence in writing things. I wouldn't have made it nearly as far as a writer without my readers and the support I've gotten from all of you. So, truly, thank you.

08/17/2011: After uploading 'Just Maybe,' I have to confess that writing Yuri Lowell scares the ever-loving shit out of me. I'm hoping I did okay. There are some pretty distinct differences between how he was during 'First Strike' and how he has shaped himself into who he is by the beginning of the game, so I'm really hoping I portrayed that well enough. Also, I adore the Aiheap twins, and I certainly think there was more than enough possibility for Yuri and Hisuka. 8) Ergo, I ship it. Hard.

Also, Hisuka and Shastere need tags on the ToV section. 8; As do Garista and Niren-taichou.
