After Sherlock's return, his friendship with John is damaged and it's beginning to have an impact on their work - as a last resort they're sent to Scotland Yard's working relationship therapist, but is it too late to salvage their friendship?

Sherlock had always been one big impossibility to John but this really did take the biscuit. This time Sherlock is the one taking the moral high ground and John is the one who has no heart.
