Mark grew up in Williamsburg, Iowa. He attended the College of Iowa as an undergraduate ahead of enrolling in Luther Higher education, in Decorah, Iowa. He was lively on the Cross State and Monitor & Subject groups. He graduated with a B.A. in computer science. He worked for an Web upstart firm in Minneapolis ahead of returning to Iowa Metropolis to go after his law degree. Mark was accepted at the College of Iowa University of Regulation in 2001, then ranked among the nation’s top rated ten% of all regulation schools by U.S. Information and Environment Report.
