I AM SICK!!

Unfortunately... I'm sick enough where I've been to the hospital a few, so updates once again will be random (If you haven't already noticed).

The updating pace I had going before is gone but I'm trying to get back on my feet. I do want to eventually finish these fics before/if things take a bad turn.

So, forgive me I'm going to be selfish and update what I want to update despite the poll results...just for a tad longer.

For those who say Kyouya is spelled Kyoya or who have a pet peeve for it (Please don't be offended. I'm only expressing what I know)

Its correct Japanese spelling in hiragana (Elementary school writing) is Kyouya. It is a slider word (kyou). Thus the line over the o in Kyoya when seen elsewhere without the u. Also, if you try to write Kyouya's name in it's Kanji form (adult writing/chinese writing) it will not translate. It will come out with the Kanji for 'store' at the end.

That is because the ender -ya means a store of something. Like Hon(book) ya(store) = Book Store. So unless you're buying Kyo from Fruits Baskets it doesn't work ;D

Phonetic Spellings: Kiyooya (Kyouya) is not the same as Kiyoya (Kyoya) -- Me using Ki is also a strange way to describe the slider...I'll describe it as a soft Ki not a hard Ki.

This is being said by a Japanese Major who does not take language contradictions lightly. If you have any questions from this don't be afraid to ask. If you have any valid ways to refute my logic I encourage you to PM me.

LET'S START THE REVIEW REVOLUTION COUNTER-REVOLUTION!

1) If a story has been up for weeks or months and still has significantly fewer reviews than chapters, it's probably not worth even opening, although it may still be worth looking at those few reviews to see what they say.

2) If a story attracts thoughtful, detailed reviews it's probably worth reading even if it only has a few reviewers.

3) If you can see that a story has been reviewed, and generally liked, by other readers who you already know have similar tastes to your own, then you know the story is probably going to be worth sticking with even if you didn't like the first chapter much.

Join the Review Counter-Revolution. Review if you have something to say and the energy and motivation to say it. If you liked a story enough to add it to your Favorites, try to make the effort to say why. But don't feel obliged to clog up ffn with white noise just for the sake of it, and don't turn reading fanfiction from a pleasure to a chore. It's meant to be fun.

Not Afraid to Dream: Trying to get my plot together, I have a few holes between the current chapter and the end. Thankfully, the end is already done. This fic kills me...I love it but...GAHHH!!!

Haninozuka Revolution: Newest Fic. Will be updated probably frequently.
