It's been two weeks since the war on mount weather, Clarke goes to Polis in search of Lexa.

After the fall of the mountain, Clarke must decide how she wants to continue with her life. Who she is, who she has become and who she wants to be. She knows there is only one person she could seek out to understand, but needs one thing before she takes that final step.

Or the less pretentious summary: Clarke goes to the beach, does a bit of 'surfing' with Raven, there's a bit of an owie, then eventually everyone goes to college to deal with some emotions.

Sequel to 'But You're Lost On The Road To Misery' set 18 years after the finale. All the kids are grown up with their own families. How will Clarke and Lexa balance their family, friends and people? All the while a new threat is building itself for the strike.

This story starts off by taking place after Clarke leaves Camp Jaha after pulling the lever to end the lives of the Mountain Men. It starts a week within' her travels in the woods. Where she is found be Lexa and their story together begins to unravel. A story of love, hate, self loathing, finding ones self again, adventure and forgiveness.

When Clarke is found after months in the woods, Lexa returns to escort her back to her people but the blond is severely pissed off. Every day the former Sky Leader fights against the Commander and her attempts at peace. For every step back to Camp Jaha, Clarke's anger grows stronger. Can she forgive Lexa or will her hatred for the leader consume her destroy her love for the woman?

After Clarke leaves Camp Jaha, Clarke is still haunted by the memories of what happened at Mount Weather, and resents, or at least tries to, the one person who led Clarke up to those events, Lexa... Lexa only wants Clarke to be safe and finally feel at home, even if it means Clarke hates her. (Clexa)

Clarke had left, she didn't know where in the world to go, but when her body took her straight to the Grounder Camp she knew she needed to confront Lexa.
