I am posting my own alternate reality "Star Trek" story in case any one is as impatient and excited as I am waiting for some more new "Trek". Just want to say I have been watching since I was 9 and I am now 45, but I stuck with TOS, NextGen, and Enterprise. There are elements from all three of those series in the story, as well as a bit of a tribute to a book William Shatner wrote with a few co-authors, but mainly I drew from JJ Abrams' vision.

Meanwhile, I am lazy...does anyone know of a place either here or on another site that would accept a fanfiction about "Red"?

P.S. er...been out of high school for quite a while, do not have much formal education...please excuse misuse of grammar and punctation.
