After graduating college, Kagami Taiga goes to Japan to start a new life. However, his home is among a neighborhood filled with gangs, violence, prostitution, drugs and illegal arm sales. He's going to have to stay sharp to stay alive. The first night he's there though, Kagami meets a young detective under cover. What follows could shape the future of Tokyo.
