However, it only makes him go back to obsessing over his suits again and not sleeping. A few years after defeating Pitch, Jack Frost returns to the town of Burgess to bring about winter once more and hang out with Jamie. However, when Pitch suddenly appears and tries to kidnap the boy, Jack swears upon his life that he will protect Jamie or die trying.

Summary: When Tony saves his teammate, an accident hits him hard. Tony works through the pain of a crippling handicap: blindness.

Nobody listened when Lydia mentioned Stiles' strange behavior in the recent weeks. He had become distant and unresponsive. It was not until she mentioned this to Scott and the others that she realized Stiles was only acting this way toward her. She did what she had to. She confronted him.

Challenge Response: The blood quill gives Harry an infection. As he slowly deteriorates, he refuses to go to the Infirmary until a certain Potions Master finds him in a corridor.

The trip home is a blur for Stiles. He passes the time by staring blankly out of the dirty van windows, his right arm crushed by the way he is leaning into his father's side. It's wholly uncomfortable but he can't be bothered to care.

Jack's been on his own so long that he's learned to take care of himself. Having people be there for him now is going to take some getting used to. So here are five times he tended his own injuries, fought his own fights, and dealt with his own pain . . . and the one time he couldn't, but thankfully, didn't have to.

St. Nicholas is coming, the children say. St. Nicholas is kind, and generous, and watchful. St. Nicholas keeps two lists of names, and every name, in all the world, is written upon them. The idea captures Jack's imagination: that his name, too, might be there among the others.

Fill for at What If kink. What if Jack was more injured after Pitch broke his staff and threw him in the ravine? He wouldn't be there to help the Guardians and make Jamie believe. Now Pitch has returned for him and there's no escaping. But maybe, just maybe, Pitch isn't as bad as he seems.

Dan has an illness that won't go away, so he takes pills to numb the pain. These are his final moments with his roommate and best friend, Phil. WARNING: Suicide, major character death, angst. None of the Guardians knew what happened after they sent Jack away during the Easter fiasco. Maybe understanding that will help them form a more solid relationship with Jack.

Takes place after the movie: As the Guardians leave Burgess, Jack shares his new found memories of how he came to be.

Tony is sick and hiding it from the team... but not for long.

Tony has always had scars. Some of them where reminders some of them stood for good. Tony is lost and about to lose it all. Maybe he can be saved? Trigger warnings: Suicidal themes. Swear words. Rating may go up due to themes used.

Short, fluffy drabble. Isaac faces the more realistic repercussions of losing a father at the age of seventeen, and in the process finds himself re-defining the idea of family. Rated for a few intimate moments, but no conclusive pairing.

That's the thing about PTSD: it creeps up on you. You never see it coming, and you never notice it taking its deathly grip around your neck until it's too late. The gas is filling Tony's car, and no-one is coming to save him. But does he want to be saved?
