CS AU, set in 1815. - Lord Killian Jones is haunted by the demons of his past which makes him nowhere near the man he once was, so he can't be the father he wants to be. And above all, he believes he is undeserving of love. Perhaps with Emma that is all about to change. But falling in love is never easy, that's just how it is. / (M for language, alcohol, and later chapters.)

Captain Swan AU. Cora lets the curse take Killian, and her action changes the course of events in Storybrooke, forever changing their lives. A lot will stay to canon to Seasons 1-3 so far with exceptions made to accommodate Killian being cursed to Storybrooke as well as original scenes with Killian and others. There will be elements of season 4, but I will not have canon season 4.

He looks around as he sits, trying to figure out where he is. He's in a cell of some kind, that much is abundantly clear. They all look the same in his experience - small, empty, bars across one side, though the actual details vary from each imprisonment he's had the pleasure of serving in his centuries. Killian meets Hades in the Underworld just after his death. Canon speculation.

Just something that took hold of my muse and wouldn't let go until I had it finished. Inspired by gentlesleaze's post about the probable spike in hurt/comfort fics with the coming episodes. This is pain, this is about pain, and it deals with the aftermath of torture, so if that bothers you, please don't read it. Spoiler speculation as well, but nothing explicit.

He'd seen the fishing captain a number of times since coming to this version of purgatory, but without his memories, he hadn't said more than a few words to the man. Now, though… Jones Brothers feels with a side of Captain Cobra and an extra helping of Captain Swan.

Set after 3x20 "Kansas". After saving the town one more time, Emma decided to return to New York, leaving her past behind. Three years later, she realizes that might be not have been the best decision.

Ok, there is a lot that I have planned and written as one shots or that keeps popping to my head on this verse that would never make it to the main fic, mainly cause it will clog the plot unnecessarily. So I will be posting them here!

Canon Divergent AU. After the return to the enchanted forest, Killian is captured by the descendants of the king he betrayed to be punished for his crimes against the crown.

She should feel suffocated; in fact, a year ago she would have bolted at such intimacy. But this is Killian and he is different and so much like her and he is trembling and she just wants him to feel safe. Like the rug isn't about to be pulled from him any time soon or the world isn't out to screw with him.

As children, Emma and Killian were friends. Now they are all grown up, and everything has changed.

After Belle figures out that Rumple holds Killian's heart, Emma is determined to get it back and save her pirate. Unfortunately, going up against the Dark One is anything but easy, especially when he holds the heart of someone you love...

Hook is ready to die, but he really would enjoy the company of someone other than Will Scarlet. Emma, on the other hand, is determined that her pirate won't die. Even if that means she has to kill Mr. Gold.

Faced with losing him, Emma will have to fight for Killian and confront how deeply she truly feels (Post 4x08 one shot)

Killian and Emma's date is botched and then Killian is missing. Emma finds him less than well. Notes: I could not have done this without the love and encouragement of Giennie. A little piece that came to me after an angsty headcanon I came up with after a few spoilers from 4x04. It's a little mess of clashing emotions and hurt/comfort, tied up with a happy ending ribbon.

Robin hunkered down beside her and pressed the tips of his fingers against the pulse point in the pirate's neck. Lifting his gaze to the others, he gave a mournful shake of his head. "Nooo," Emma keened and rocking forward, she pressed her ear over the finger-shaped bruises covering Hook's bare chest, frantically listening for the reassuring sound of his heartbeat.

Captain Swan. An AU, "what-if" scenario for "Snow Drifts"/"There's No Place Like Home". If little changes to the past can have major consequences, what happens when the change is big?

After the showdown at the boathouse, Killian is left on his own. Zelena ambushes him with the intention to take his heart and force him to take Emma's powers. Our pirate is about to prove that there is one thing stronger than any magic...

Two parts. Killian visits Emma after Neal's death. He later does something drastic, and Emma makes a decision regarding her feelings for him.

In the midst of a showdown with the Wicked Witch, Hook is faced with whether or not a villain can gain a happy ending. Looking death in the face, makes him wonder if a happy ending may not be what it has always seemed. Emma, on the other hand, may not be able to accept anything less for him...

Set during the general events of late season 2. Greg and Tamara want to use Henry as leverage against Regina. When Hook, as their prisoner, refuses to do their dirty work, he suffers for it. Emma discovers them in a deserted barn and risks her safety to rescue him. Rated T for Hook's experience. Strongly Captain Swan. (For more, check out the sequel, "Roots.")

Post WW, one-shot, AU, captainswan. "He knows you don't love him, he took the hint." Her heart clenched at the words. "He's slowly dying, Emma, he's not a young man." She fought back tears. "If not love, he deserves at least some gratitude." Emma knew he deserved much more than that, but couldn't risk her heart again, she still couldn't risk being wrong about him.

The Wicked Witch tortures Killian for information using Emma's face. It breaks him. Captain Swan angst.

Killian lost everything at once. Emma had never had anthing until she found him.

Killian Jones trusts Emma Swan. However this time she's asking for him to trust her physically with a part of him he's not sure he can, even if it's the only way to get out of this situation – even if it was her fault to begin with.

Post Neverland AU: After the gang returns home, Emma and Neal get back together and Killian spirals out of control as a result. He drinks to numb the pain until that no longer works. One day it becomes too much. Kind of dark...Lots of angst with captain swan mixed in. T for language and suicidal themes. Two Shot. Please read the A/N at the beginning; it explains some stuff.

during/post Neverland. What does it take to make Emma realize that she can't lose Killian? Killian risks his life to save Henry and barely survives. That's what it takes. One-shot. Captain Swan. - A little bit OOC-ness, my apologies.

Both Emma's and Killian's dreams crumble on the same night. They find comfort in each other.

Sticks and stone and broken bones…. but it's her words that hurt him. Killian is severely injured as a result of Emma abandoning him on the beanstalk. The broken bones will heal, the bruises will fade… but broken trust is the deepest wound of all.

Alone and without anyone who is capable of controlling magic, Emma finds herself on the Jolly Roger with a bleeding and badly injured Hook. Finding no other choice, she decides to take matters into her own hands.

Emma likes to sleep with her window open. She never quite realized who she'd be inviting in. All things considered, however, Captain Hook showing up in her bedroom after midnight is hardly the worst of his offenses. Emma knows how to handle Hook. (AU post "Welcome to Storybrooke". "It all started when Emma was thrown overboard. The panic, the pain, the guilt... the feelings." While searching for Henry in Neverland, Emma is thrown overboard the Jolly Roger and suddenly, their relationship is redefined - At least to Hook. With new resolve, he would do anything, anything he had to in order to rescue her boy.

In which Neal attacks Hook and Emma is thrown into emotional turmoil and forced to accept her feelings. All the events up to 2x17 have happened.
