Hello I'm just an amateur writer trying to improve her skills, so feedback is greatly appreciated because I want to know how I can improve my writing.

I've deleted most of my old stuff on here mainly because I thought it wasn't good enough. So for a while now I've been off reading tons of creative writing tutorials in hope that they could give me some helpful tips. I would like to think that I've improved greatly because of them. But there is still one problem that I'm still trying to overcome. My habit of jumping the gun and running off with an idea without first planning it out first. So most of what I've written had been me winging it and letting the the story take me where it wanted to go. An example of that would be 'Hat Thief'. It started as a little free-write exercise for Valentine's Day that somehow snowballed into a full on story and ended up making me miss the Valentine's Day deadline I set for myself. Its plot was cliche at best but a nice ultra fluffy story never hurt anyone, right? I... However think I may not write a story under the influence of caffeine and sugar ever again lol.

Any-who, I have several new stories floating around my laptop, waiting for their chance to be released for others to enjoy. I can't say when they'll be out since I'm now taking my time and carefully planning them out. But expect some new stories that will have more coherency and better grammar/punctuation (I hope at least lol).
