The Evil Queen's quest for power brings her to Torchwood. Here, she finds that something has happened to her magic. Nevertheless, she still manages to cause chaos for the Torchwood team, which now includes Martha Jones and Mickey Smith. Dark things escape the rift. Even the Doctor's assistance may not be enough to help Torchwood save the planet and stop Regina's evil plans.
