ONE SHOTS/ MINI SERIOUS

In my fanfiction opinon puts on nerd glasses (for the record glasses are NOT nerdy they look good on people if you have the right ones for your face -p.s i don't wear glasses) i belive that one shots are the best and/or mini serious.

MY REASONS:

#1. i have read 1!! stroy that had chapters and finished wait 2 (SHOUTOUTS TO: Himitus by A.C.Y.P and Someone worth fighting for by Saffrons.Curse) You know what i am adding there stories to my favourites and favourite authors right now... DONE!!

#2 you can't turn your OC into a Mary-Sue ( i must confess i-i- dont mind reading about mary-sues... 0_0 more on that later)

#3 i personally suffer from procastanasion (So i would never finish one i had started)

#4 it dosen't drag on and on and on There is some really good oneshots that dont drag on but aren't short and don't make rash first meeting i love you's god i hate those ones.

MARY SUES

OK i admit i do dislike some mary sues but just about every stroy i have read has mary sue qualities and beside there are different levels of mary sueness in forums there is a section called OC corner in that there is a topic named: What is a mary sue and how should i stay away from them.

IT starts off like this-

(i don't want to upset the topic starter/adminastor if you wish for me to get rid of this i will immediately remove it right away followed by a privet and public sorry)- dislike making people upset with me.

Well guys, I've been reading a few fanfics lately and I've noticed that there are just way too many Mary Sue's out there ruining my favorite fandom. I also noticed that most of these stories received numerous flames and frankly I want to help you guys stay away from Mary Sues as they can ruin perfectly good stories. I want to keep people from both making Mary Sues and reading about them so if you guys don't know what a Mary sue is it is:

A perfect character which means that they are perfect in the way they look, fight, act, think, etc.

They are stronger than the original characters.

EVERYONE loves them and all members of the opposite sex want them while those of the same sex envy them.

They have tragic pasts yet show no emotional problems.

The list goes on but I'm too lazy so please post other things that make an OC a Mary Sue. I'll add other things later. If you think your OCmay be a Mary Sue please post a description of them here and I will help you. If you think you have read a story with a Mary Sue please post an exerpt from the story that shows they are a Mary Sue or post a link to the story.

it has some good points on how to stay away from mary sues . I like it but if you do take the test i think it is highly unlikely not to be told you have a slight mary sue. Remeber dont change your OC because you are told it is to mary sue this site is about FREE EXPRESTION AND UNLEASHING YOUR IMAGINATION!!
