Oliver and Rick seek the services of one of the greatest FBI agents in the world, Burt Macklin. Deathstroke is back and they need all the help they can get. Psychological help is what they really need, but this will do for the time being.

Through a rift in the space/time continuum, Rick Grimes is teleported from the land of the dead into Starling City. There he meets Oliver Queen, a man determined to wear a green hood and save the city. Rick admires this and joins his cause. The problem is, they are dead broke. They both get jobs at an ice cream parlor to pay the bills.
