Hello! Welcome to my profile page! Here's a little bit about me:

I am an Asian-American girl who will graduate high school in June 2007. I've gotten into college, much to my amazement. I've played the flute for more or less 8 years. I'm usually quiet around strangers but unbearably loud in front of my friends.

I love to read and write, although I don't do it as much as I did in my pre-high school years. I also love anime and Korean and Japanese dramas. I also love chatting online and mindlessly wandering from one site to another (or one fanfiction to another - I look at people's favorite stories list alot) on the Internet. I'm a huge fan of well-written AsuCaga stories.

I hate standardized tests, bubble sheets, and that waiting period to find out what your SAT score/audition result is going to be. I have a bad habit of dropping a series right away if the pair I'm shipping is definitely not going to work out. I also have a (bad?) habit of disliking characters that jump out in the middle of a series and suddenly having significant roles when they were nothing but background roles initially...which is why the Harry x Ginny pairing mildly irritated me in Harry Potter but not too much, since Ginny did play a big role in book 2 so J.K.R. didn't just completely randomly plop her in there, but which is why I was annoyed with Furuba and GSD. I hate bad grammar in stories (I mean, I have it too, but some of the mistakes I've seen are really quite awful...unless the writer is in third grade..no offense meant to unlikely third graders who would happen to grace this page) and I hate it when my muse runs away from me.

When people asked me for my hobby, 'writing' was always included in the list, but recently, I've been thinking that maybe that should be taken down, because I haven't done any serious writing for a good solid 6 months and even when I did update stories, it was a sort of on a whim thing in which I worked at it for a week or two and then stopped writing. I'm currently trying to put more effort into going back to writing again.
