I need a bit of explanation :)

Here are some things it is imperative you know about me: if I could have just one superpower, I would want it to be selective deafness; I like washing dishes, because clean plates feed my sense of accomplishment, but I hate sweeping floors, because the ground is never really clean enough; and I've lived in Toronto for nearly a decade but am still of no use to tourists, who I wish would know better than to ask me impossible questions like, "Where is the nearest subway station."

It is unfortunate, really. I am fond of walking and I love this city very much, and so I spend an unnatural amount of time wandering its streets. The only proof I can offer, though, of my living here is in the soles of my shoes, all of which have endearingly enormous holes that permit the entry of overly familiar pebbles and boulders.

In a slightly less visceral way, I also wander all over the web. Sometimes I erect profiles and pretend I'm going to stick around for a while, as in the following cases; most websites.

Updates on My Works

They've Seen it All: In Progress. My plan? Update at least once everyday. I'm trying to explore a bunch of different things, and so this is going to be my way of doing that. Hopefully, it will lead to longer stories, but until then I'm trying to test my abilities and try out all sorts of characters and scenarios. So far, I've actually updated a couple times, which is awesome for me, since I'm just about the slowest updater in the world. Please, feel free to leave comment, and criticism. All is welcome, I'm trying to use this as a learning experience.

The Sweetest Joy, the Wildest Woe (Tentative Title): Currently unposted, have written over 10 000 words of it. It's Astoria/Draco, and has been completely planned. Looking for a beta ASAP! PM me if interested. I unfortunately do not trust myself to publish something this long unread :). I hope to have it posted soon, as soon as it really gets to where I want it to be. Don't want to publish until I know that it's going somewhere, which it sort of feels like it isn't now. Might wait to complete it first. Anyways, leave thoughts!
