I'm a 37 years old female. Married for 20 years. 3 sons ages 28, 22, and 19. (I was not 9 once i had the first one, I recieved the 28 and 22 year old after i said "I Actually Do"). I am a Health Care Worker, dedicated to Obstetrics, along with a Health Occupations teacher for top school seniors. We are on the low carbohydrate diet (started with CALP but have modified it for me personally). I began coming to diettalk in January of 1999. Started at 314 lbs and am now 248 lbs. (No less than I was prior to the Christmas Holidays) My goal weight is 165lbs. Go from a size 28 with a size 18 ( OK 18 is a touch snug but who cares?!!)
