![]() Author has written 2 stories for Sherlock Holmes. Ahh, sorry about being so lax lately! I had exams- especially, I had a ten hour art mock exam, which stressed me out and rendered me incapable of putting pen to paper. Or fingers to keyboard, anyway. But I finished it today! And as of Friday it's the Christmas holidays, so maybe I can get back on track. And before I forget! Happy Christmas, or whatever holiday you may celebrate; and if you celebrate none now, I'll just wish you a great winter season. Oh, and happy New Year for that matter! :Name: ~ April :Age: ~ Sixteen :Location: ~ United Kingdom so updates will be at GMT :Occupation: ~ Student. Studying science, mostly. :Fandoms: ~ Sherlock Holms Canon mainly. I'm also sort of interested in the new Merlin series by the BBC, non canon Holmes stuff, Doctor Who (mostly older Who) and Harry Potter. :Writes for: ~ Sherlock Holmes and Harry Potter right now. :Contact: ~ I will not be giving my e-mail address out online. If you need to contact me, please do so via P.M. However bear in mind I do not check my e-mail alerts or this account once a day or even always once a week. Please be patient, thank you! :Status: ~ Aversions to Fate; in-progress The Woman; in-progress In terms of fandom-related activities I both read and write fic. I'm the kind of girl who ships anyone/everyone; f/f, m/m, m/f and, indeed f/m are all good as far as I'm concerned. I also read OT3s, OT4s etc. And, shockingly- whisper it now!- I read gen. Gen is good! I like gen. I'm an embarrassingly large fan of Alternate-Universe fanfiction. Most of my fic will probably end up revolving around it if I'm honest. I have a large focus on characters rather than plots, I admit... I love reading plots but writing them I struggle with, I confess! So I find drabbles to be my ideal outlet, though I try and branch out wherever I can to avoid merely dying of boredom. As a warning. Some of my fanfiction may possess aspects some will find offensive, including: trans-related issues, homo/bisexual themes, cussing, violence, perhaps sex (though never anything near explicit). I don't want anyone upset by these, so if you find them awkward, please try and make sure the story you're reading doesn't contain them. :) |
