Hi! Welcome to my profile! I am a fangirl for Doctor Who, Kingdom Hearts, and (all) Star Trek And a fan of Naruto, Stargate, and Tsubasa Chronicle. I love reading, writing and music. If you want to get to know me send me a note! Things I learned from the Legend of Zelda: -Princesses are worth saving (and always need it) Also, playing Zelda games can seriously affect or heighten your social propriety and awareness: -It's a proven fact that women who play Zelda tend to be smarter and more attractive Quotes: Avatar: The Last Airbender Aang: The past can be a great teacher! (trips over a wire and nearly falls into a pit of spikes) Zuko? I think the past is trying to kill me! Aang (after saving Zuko): Before the war started, I used to always visit my friend Kuzon. The two of us, we'd get in and out of so much trouble. He was one of the best friends I ever had...And he was from the Fire Nation, just like you. If we knew each other back then, do you think we could've been friends too? Katara: Why didn't you tell us you were the Avatar? Prince Zuko: You're just a child! Aang: Hey guys, I think this river is polluted. Aang: Wow, camping. It really feels just like old times again, doesn't it? Aang: I can't do it. I just can't. Toph: [Suki saves Toph from drowning] Oh Sokka, you saved me! Sokka: [Toph bumps into Sokka] Can't you watch where you're... Toph: [Searching for the library] There it is! Toph: One of the good things about being blind is that I don't have to waste my time worrying about appearances. I don't care what I look like. I'm not looking for anyone's approval. I know who I am. Sokka: [after Toph has defeated the ships crew] Good work, Toph. Time to take control of the ship. Take the wheel. Aang: Roku was just as much Fire Nation as Souzin was, right? If anything, their story proves anyone's capable of great good and great evil. Everyone, even the Firelord and the Fire Nation, have to be treated like they're worth giving a chance. And I also think it's about friendships. [in the Earth Kingdom swamp] Aunt Wu: [reading Katara's future] I can see love! The man you're going to marry! Doctor Who The Doctor: Who are you? Sarah-Jane: I had no problem with space stuff. I saw things you wouldn't believe. Elton: But what I wanted to say is... you know, when you're a kid, they tell you it's all, grow up. Get a job. Get married. Get a house. Have a kid, and that's it. Ah. But the truth is, the world is so much stranger than that. It's so much darker. And so much madder...And so much better. Jackie: I'm in my dressing gown. The Big Bang Theory: Sheldon: I'm polymerized tree sap and you're an inorganic adhesive, so whatever verbal projectile you launch in my direction is reflected off of me, returns in its original trajectory and adheres to you Sheldon: Scissors cuts paper, paper covers rock, rock crushes lizard, lizard poisons Spock, Spock smashes scissors, scissors decapitates lizard, lizard eats paper, paper disproves Spock, Spock vaporizes rock, and as it always has, rock crushes scissors. Sheldon: You know, in difficult times like this, I often turn to a force stronger than myself. Raj: I don't like bugs, okay? They freak me out. Sheldon: I'm not insane, my mother had me tested! Leonard: For God's sake, Sheldon, do I have to hold up a sarcasm sign every time I open my mouth? Sheldon: A neutron walks into a bar and asks how much for a drink. The bartender replies "for you, no charge" Sheldon: Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. By that definition, Penny is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs Fullmetal Alchemist: Hawkeye: I'm sorry to interrupt you, Major, but let me offer a bit of feminine advice. BABIES AREN'T BORN AFTER JUST FIVE MONTHS! Maes: Gracia! Edward: To my friends and those I love, this is the path I have chosen, I’m sorry. Rose: Why does it have to be like this?? What am I suppose to do now?? How am I suppose to live now!? Tell me.. PLEASE!! Edward: Water, 35 litres. Carbon, 20kg. Ammonia, 4 litres. Lime, 1.5kg. Phosperus, 800g. Salt, 250 g. Niter, 100g. Sulphur, 80g. Fluorine, 7.5g. Iron, 5g. Silicon 3g. And fifteen other elements. Those are the elements to make an average adult human body. You can buy these elemental ingredients at the market with the pocket money of a child. Humans are made so cheaply. Edward Elric: Well... it's like that myth about the hero... he made wings out of wax so he could fly... but when he got too close to the sun... to God... the wax melted and he crashed to the ground... Terrorist: You can sleep pretty well in a situation like this, kid. Hey! Hey, wake up! ...You... Why don't you act a little bit more like a hostage, you... SHRIMP!! Barry the Chopper: But there's actually more to this story. Y'see, Barry didn't actually wind up on the gallows like he was supposed to. Some people spared his life on the condition that he guard a certain location. But first they took away his old meat sack and trapped his soul inside a metal body. That's right! He's standing in front of you right now! I'm Barry the Chopper! [Takes off helmet] Mustang: Alchemists as a whole, we really are horrible creatures, aren't we? There's a side of me that's desperately trying to crack the theories of Human Transmutation right now. I think I understand what drove those boys when they tried to... bring back their mother. Alphonse Elric: It was another person who bound my soul to this suit of armor, so I don't know anything. Father: A pair of brothers who abandoned reason and tried to resurrect their departed mother, seeking her warmth once more.. One loses a leg to stand on and his only remaining family, the other the ability to feel the warmth he so desperately missed. A woman who tried to take back her dead child, only to end up with a body that will never again nurture the seed of life. And... A man who had a grand vision to save his country loses his eyesight, forever unable to see what his beloved nation will become. All bestowed their proper punishment, put in their place, robbed of your pride. That is what you humans revered as your God.. the "Truth." Ed: It's Equivalent Exchange! I'll give you half of my life, so give me half of yours! Father Cornello: If you fools are really so eager to play God, then perhaps I should send you to meet him instead! Bloch: But why do you wear armor? Ed [crawling through vent: Damn! It's even tighter in here than I thought! I couldn't get through this far if I was regular sized. I'm lucky that I've got a small body. [Beat] OH NO!!! I JUST CALLED MYSELF A TINY LITTLE PIPSQUEAK!!! Ed: ...THE NEXT TIME I MAKE YOU CRY, I HOPE THEY'LL BE TEARS OF JOY! AND AL AND I WILL BE BACK IN OUR NORMAL BODIES AND I'LL MAKE YOU CRY OUT OF SHEER HAPPINESS! THAT'S A PROMISE!!! Envy (discarding his dog guise): How are you, Fullmetal Pipsqueak? Jokes: Star Trek- WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD? Data: The chicken, in observing that it was on the opposite side of the 20th century Terran paved roadway, was aware that its immediate goal should have been to traverse the distance without interception by any kind of combustion-propelled personal transport vehicle, but I am unclear as to why any kind of domesticated fowl should desire to perambulate upon a conveyance normally reserved for the usage of . . . yes, sir. Like all starships, supply of rocks hidden in bulkheads to make explosions more dramatic The Next Generation -"So what if it contradicts something said in the first season, nobody is going to notice" The crew of the Enterprise is struck by a mysterious plague, for which the only cure can be found in the well-stocked Enterprise sick-bay. Ten reasons gay marriage should 'not' be allowed in America: 1) Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning. 2) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall. 3) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract. 4) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn’t changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can’t marry whites, and divorce is still illegal. 5) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britany Spears’ 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed. 6) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn’t be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren’t full yet, and the world needs more children. 7) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children. 8) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That’s why we have only one religion in America. 9) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That’s why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children. 10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven’t adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.
