Very Busy, Writing lots and I write for a living now. Writing for fun has taken a backseat.

News:

Chapter 3 of Alternate Antilles is complete!

My "Random Ideas" story, "Glorious Chaos has commenced: "A list of random one or two-shot stories that are too crazy to continue but should at least be entertaining. Expect Crackfic, crossovers and crashingly circumspect contradictions of possibly purple prose." Silly to serious, and anything in between.

Chapter 10 of Rogue's Gallery still in progress. I have hit a wall with the sheer scope of the story.

Chapter 3 of Wowbagger's Quest is up.

Unnamed Game of Thrones Project or an Unnamed Avengers project: thinking about both of them, not sure if I want to take either on.

Flash Harry has been discontinued.

Why I do what I do:

I write because it's fun. I love AU and Crossover stories even more, because it's tremendous fun to explore possibilities for favorite characters in unexpected circumstances.

Ultimately, I'm here to entertain.

I take enjoyment from writing it, and I try to give enjoyment to those who would read it. Your writing shows your respect for yourself and those who read it.

I'm not here to blackmail readers into leaving reviews by refusing to post new chapters until they get a certain number. I write slowly enough as it is.

I want to get as much nerdy information about whatever universe I'm writing in correct, and I want to do it with good grammar and understandable sentence structure. If you see any errors, please do let me know. I will do my best to keep my personal or political views out of my profile. I'm here to write stories, not demand that you change your beliefs or opinions, and though I'm writing in settings that are not my own, at my best I hope I am able to make my readers think about things that would not have ordinarily crossed your minds.

Details are important to me. When I'm reading a story even getting something as minor as Adama's service record or John Chrichton's feelings regarding Pizza, (never with margarita shooters) wrong can pull me out of the reading experience and may make or break the story as a whole. Guess that makes me a bit of a perfectionist. That means I will do my best to ensure the accuracy and plausibility of my stories to the extent possible, (Keep in mind we are dealing with spaceships and lasers here,) Unless it's a crackfic. If it's a crackfic or humor story, wild things will happen. Headmaster Adama of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry will jump the entire castle, Wes Janson and Kara Thrace could work together to make Col. Saul Tigh's life a living hell, and some insults from an Immortal being may even cause Anakin Skywalker to develop a functional brain.

Maybe.

Anyway, this is a lot of the reason each of my updates takes so long. I want to get it just right and give you folks an interesting and painless reading experience.

On reviews and new chapters, and feedback: I like reviews. Reviews tell me that people enjoyed my writing enough to spend time to comment on it. They mean a lot to me, and I like to get feedback, constructive critcism and questions, (Which I attempt to personally address as often as possible,) and an idea or implication about the chapter/story that I may not have considered, but reviews are not necessary for me to post new chapters.

I'm writing to entertain myself and and you folks, not to raise my self-esteem or ego by demanding unearned praise for substandard work.

I will post a new chapter to a story when I feel good about it, no sooner, no later. Frequently, this means chapters take a while as I figure out what I want to say, sometimes they take no time at all. If you have enjoyed my work, I'm sorry for keeping you waiting.

I like:

-Suggestions messaged to me or put in reviews, as it is possible I have not thought of it and it may make for a better story. If I do use/am inspired by something someone sends me, I will absolutely give credit where it is due.

-Answering questions regarding my stories or characters that are coherently worded.

-Receiving constructive criticism.

I dislike:

-Writing filler just to get praise and reviews.
