Shimura Shinpachi & Kagura (people like Okita & Kagura but I can't imagine they are a couple while Shinpachi and Kagura can do). Hijikata and Mitsuba (so sad and shocked, they loved to each other but... why ? why Mitsuba had to die ?)

Resident Evil: Leon & Ada (they just... well, trust and care for each other more than anyone can do, I always smile when Leon says "woman" whenever Ada tricked him or some kinds like that).

Final Fantasy: Squall & Rinoa, Zack & Aerith, Cloud & Tifa (NO COMMENT for any of those)

Great Teacher Onizuka: Onizuka & Fuyutsuki (oh come on, Onizuka always wants to lose his virgin, and the only one I think that can be, and will be his forever love is Fuyutsuki).

Persona: Makoto Yuki (or Arisato Minato or... whatever you want to call him) & Takeba Yukari (I don't care if you say you prefer Aegis, and because you hate Yukari doensn't mean I like Aegis), Narukami Yu (or whatever you want to call) & Amagi Yukiko (they just... cute, I wish if there were no Rise, they will be a canon ship), Junpei & Chidori (I hope he can see her again, even in dream), Sanada Akihiko & Kijiro Mitsuru (there was no sign in Persona Trinity Soul that Akihiko had a wife or Mitsuru had marriged, so I can keep my hope up), Nakamura Yosuke & Satonaka Chie, Tatsumi Kanji & Shirogane Naoto (Persona 4 HAS A LOT of cute couple). And the last one, Kanzato Shin & Morimoto Kanaru (if you says I hate Aegis because she is a robot, you're truly wrong, Persona Trinity Soul proved to you. I was really shocked when she couldn't live no longer, but she died happily when Shin stayed with her. That is what I call "true love")

Super robot wars Z 2: Crow & Margurite (she just... cute when she co-attacked with Crow and blushed. That's why I ship them, although in the end of the game they are split up. I want they will meet again in Z3 and Bandai will make them a couple (of course after Crow pay his debt, but seems a little trouble with... 150 000 000 G, as I remember. Poor Crow.)

In real life, the only one I want them to become a couple that are Daniel Raddlecliff and Emma Watson. Even though he denied he love Emma and just saw and treated her as a little sister. But... who knows the future ? So I can have my hope.
