So... I have a small confession.

I've been a fan fiction writer well over sixteen years.

I've written on and off on this site throughout the years, but here I am, starting a new account. I'm a little embarrassed that I have gotten so obsessed with How to Train Your Dragon recently, but I need a bit of an escape from real life, and I've had a story swimming around in my head for some time now. I figure, why not go ahead and give into one of my whims? I am an established FFN writer on my other account, but I felt like having a fresh start.

With that, I'm a graduate student. I'm working toward my masters degree in creative writing. I am the proud owner of both an anthropology and English BA. I'm self-published, but really don't feel comfortable sharing my real name. I'm also obsessed with The Vampire Diaries and Buffy The Vampire Slayer. I'll try to update regularly, but I can't promise anything. My graduate work is intensive, but I needed a stress outlet from every day life, so here we are.

I've recently fallen in love with the Hiccup/Astrid pairing. I might be showing my age by not using the ship name for them, "hiccstrid". I never used the term "Delena" (TVD, Damon/Elena) or "Bangle" (Buffy/Angel) either.

I'll get photos for everything up eventually. I just created this account.
