Hi

I am a British forty-something married mum and a huge Stargate SG-1 fan.

My other passion is writing, and i never seem to have enough time to devote to it. Like many writers i am a frustrated novelist waiting for the spark of inspiration to strike and knowing that somewhere within me is that best seller. Unfortunately, as of yet it hasn't materialised so i tend to delve into writing fanfic so that i can hone my skills. Usually i lurk on fanfic sites, reading other peoples stories and never daring to post any of my own, as i never believe that they are any good.

I am a Sam/Daniel shipper who never really understood the whole Sam/Jack angle, so i apologise if i offend any of the latter devotees.

Some of my stories will be dark...very dark and i will state here and now that most of them will be rated M for content or mature situations. I like to delve into characters...exploring how they tick and Sam/Daniel and thier complex personalities are no exception. I tend to like to write long stories, action/ adventure with a side order of romance thrown in. Now having said that, dark stories take a lot of writing and a long time to get right, so if I can I will try to post some lighter stuff too.

As for feedback...what writer doesn't want that? Please read and review my stories. If you like them, say why and please let me know if you think i keep the characters true to thier depiction on the show because that is important to me.

I've had a few enquiries with regard to Pariah and whether I'm going to finish it. Let me assure everyone that I have not abandoned that story. It's still bubbling away in the background. I'm just having a bit of a hard time with the next chapter (hit a brick wall actually). I am a bit of a perfectionist and I will not post anything that I feel is not right, at the moment what I have for the next chapter is ropey at best so there is no way that I am posting anything yet. Also Affirmation of Life is taking up all my writing time, of which I have precious little at the moment. Rest assured Pariah is never far from my thoughts and I hope to be able to give it some considerable concentration soon.
