I'm seventeen-years-old and I live in South Texas. Fanfiction has been a hobby since I was about nine and the first one I penned was for the InuYasha series about my original character, Inuyoukai, who happened to be InuYasha's younger sister. I've come a long way from writing stories about her, but the imaginary girl still holds a special place in my heart. Every now and then, I write an original story. It's been like that for about five years now, and I prefer it to fanfiction because I feel closer to my own creations that to another author's. Still, fanfiction is something I constantly run back to when I've hit a roadblock. Other than writing, my hobbies include music (lots and lots of it), reading, drawing, astrology, psychology, and dancing around my room half-naked while singing lyrics into my hairbrush. I have big plans for after high school (of which I only have one more year!). University of Texas at Austin is my target school, but I'll go anywhere that accepts me. I want to major in English and go on to Law School. I've wanted to be a lawyer since I was seven-years-old, but I also want to be a novelist.

I have many fandoms, the biggest probably being Scrubs. I'm obsessed. I like anime and manga, including Yuu Yuu Hakusho, Fruits Basket, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, and Naruto. I'm a kid at heart and my favorite movie is and always will be The Little Mermaid. Authoress Jodi Picoult owns my soul. My favorite band is Meg & Dia, but I don't have a favorite song. I have a love/hate relationship with the Twilight series. It's poorly written and most of Stephenie Meyer's portrayals are sickening. However, I love just about all the characters except leading man and lady, Edward and Bella. They upset me. Other than that, I think Twilight is a giant cash cow that has been blown way out of proportion and the only think that makes Meyer a 'genius' is how she took a horrible storyline and found a way to make millions off it.
