G'day guys! My name is Melanie & I am a 32 year old "housewife" & mum to two adorable (sometimes) children under the age of 6. I am married to a wonderful (sometimes) man, who has happily (sometimes) stuck by me for the last 15 years! My little family and I all born and bred "down under" and living our quiet little life on the West side - with an endless coastline, vast bushland and a HUGE desert (although the desert is a LONG way from where we live)... and if you are wondering, no, i do not have kangaroos in my backyard!! They are at least 0.5 - 1 kilometer away!

I stumbled across the wonderful world of fanfiction about a year ago - after searching the internet for twilight stories to read! (Yes, I am a twi-hard!) - and can honestly say, found my passion in the words of others. I have always been an avid reader, but after giving birth to my children, struggled to find the time and slowly fell out of the habit... After 4 - 5 years of not reading, I took an interest in the Twilight saga after watching the first movie, bought the books, read all four in three days & fell in love!! Not being able to handle the fact that I had finished the books, and wanting more Edward & Bella, I took to the internet. FanFiction was the answer I found... and slowly, with many days of ignoring all housework, my children & my husband, I became more and more addicted. Now, it is sad to say, I cannot go a full day without my fix!! I understand why my husband hates it... i spend more time with my computer than i do with him (oops!)... and he has threatened to take a hammer to my computer! But i just cant STOP! I DONT WANT TO STOP!! hahahaha!

I have read that much fanfiction, but thanks to all the fantastic authors out there... i have Shitloads more to read!!

Authors, I will be forever in your debt!!
