Hello to all of you darlings who have bothered to crawl here :)

You have reached the Profile page of one Fuyu-sensei (sometimes also Little Mother Gaia to their friends). Please do or do not leave a message concerning my stories depending on your mood. If you hear a beep after reading this note, please contact suitable facilities that concern themselves with their citizens' mental wellbeing. If hearing beeps is normal for you, however, please carry on as you usually do.

I have inhabited FF.net far longer than I've had an account here. Of course when I finally fessed up, the site policies had tightened to the extent that some of my stories will be found in their full glory at AO3 only, like mentioned above. Otherwise all stories will be posted on both sites in similar formatting. I started writing D.Gray-Man fics first as I felt it was the first series I had enough grasp of both writing and the world I was writing of, but the series was never heightened to the holy pedestal I had placed Fullmetal Alchemist (my first, everlasting love of manga series). Next was Kingdom Hearts, specifically 358/2 Days, that freed my heart to the worlds beyond (pun fully intended). The rest is fairly random, including my Eternity Project Evolution of Self of Harry Potter (the bookseries), because why not. A writer writes what the muses command.

On more personal note, I'm quite a hipster (even if I've heard that true hipsters never admit being ones - oh well, rules are for breaking, yes?). In my humble opinion there has been no proper bands and music after the turn of the millenium with the exception of the few bands that managed to still go strong afterwards and not change to that technojumble which is called music nowadays. I can count with one hand the newer bands or artists (I like) that have not succumbed to the tehcnology and have maintained the musical authenticity of real instruments. Same can be said of movies. The original Star Wars trilogy will always be the height of actors, acting and special effects for me, together with the Matrix. Too many movies that have come afterwards have this very plastic quality to them (including the overly sculpted actors and actresses) that suffocates their soul which is futher enhanced by gratituous use of CG effects which, while cool, are little by little making even acted movies glorified animation pictures. Excuse my rant.

As the final item on my list I'd like to inform everybody who is not as familiar with the facts of our backwater country as the ones living in it of this little misconception: Finland does not have polar bears or igloos. You are thinking of Greenland which is situated far more North than Finland is, and is therefore able to sustain them. Thank you. (The reindeer, on the other hand, are very much a real thing.)
