I've been reading fanfic and been involved with fandoms since I was thirteen years-old. I used to write as a teenager but I haven't since I was nineteen. Now, nearly twenty-eight I find it almost impossible to write.

I follow House and NCIS and most recently Bones in the fanfic world. I love old stories from The West Wing fandom and I occasionally find myself engrossed in a story not from any of those fandoms.

Outside of fanfiction I love reading popular fiction. Jodi Picoult, Lee Child and Linda Fairstein to name a few.

I regularly find myself involved in the lives of kids ranging in age from pre-school to pre-teen and because of this I try to keep up on popular fiction that they find entertaining, from Harry Potter and Percy Jackson to oldies-but-goodies like The Baby-sitters Club and Anne of Green Gables. I love scouring the local thrift stores for books that I can read and hand out to my 'kid friends' it's exciting to see them fall in love with books and they love when I can discuss what they're reading.

Outside of reading I love House, The Big Bang Theory, Parenthood, Brothers and Sisters and have fallen back into Grey's Anatomy with my mom the last few years.
