READ THIS!! Now that I've got your attention, I just wanted to officially announce the changing of my pen name. The other one wasn't all that original, and I'm happier now that I have made the change. So anyway, just for clarification, my old pen name was Bluebird33, just so you don't get confused. And my new pen name means 'Free Pen' in Latin.

Yay! Finally a response to the challange! They didn't want to put it onto their account, but they gave me the right to put it on my profile, which I'm doing, because I think it's an extremely well written and funny story. Well I'll stop rambling and let you read. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Palpatine, newly anointed Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Senate, Master
of the Sith Order, and Heir Apparent to the position of Galactic Tyrant,
entered his lavish chambers with a scowl on his face. His frustrations were
many; he had just come from a holo opportunity during which he’d had to
actually kiss a baby (he’d be washing his mouth out for weeks), Senator Bail
Antilles was heckling him about expenditures at the recent Senate holiday
party (the sore loser), and it looked as if he’d be forced to sit through
yet another meeting with Mace Windu and his pointy-headed sidekick over future
threats to the Republic (if they only knew). That wasn’t what had him most
riled, though. No, what was really irking Palpatine was that it had been
almost a year since Darth Maul had become a plural term, and still he was
without a replacement apprentice.
It wasn’t as if Darth Maul had been so exceptional in the first place. The
creature—for being of an indeterminate species, Palpatine couldn’t be
certain he was male—had been slightly slow and rather clumsy. He was always
stuttering when he recited his master’s titles, and even stank a little.
All in all, Palpatine had not been heart-broken when he was bisected. It
seemed he would be easy to replace. He was Darth Sidious, after all; with the
offer of galactic fame and glory at his disposal, surely he would have no
difficulty recruiting a bright-eyed, black-hearted young student.
If only it were that easy. Unfortunately, corruptible individuals who were
strong in the Force didn’t exactly grow on trees. The most promising little
tykes were scooped up by the Jedi and locked away in the Temple for their
formative years, away from such delightful influences as greed, jealousy, and
resentment. He supposed it was too much to hope for a Force-sensitive mob
boss, but would it be too much to ask for the little Yodalings to be let out
every once in a while? Let them play in the streets, get mugged by gangs,
abducted by Gamorreans, something useful? Apparently. He saw neither hair
nor hide of the wee Padawans until they were old enough to be pimply and
annoyingly self-righteous. Palpatine added this inconvenience to the long
list of grievances he held against the Order.
Of course, there was an exception. Yes, Palpatine had once had high hopes
for Kenobi’s little tag-along. He was occasionally seen outside the Temple!
He was Force-sensitive, but untrained! He had a tragic past and a girly
name, both of which certainly had the potential to mess a boy up! Little
orphan Annie had seemed the perfect fit for Palpatine’s sudden staff
opening.
And yet . . . perhaps, like Darth Maul, the little one wasn’t too bright.
Palpatine wasn’t sure how many more hints he could drop about glory and
potential before the boy’s handlers began to get suspicious. Yet, whenever
he got up the nerve to speak to the littlest Padawan, Anakin merely looked at
him with big, blank eyes and said he had some sort of machine to fix. It was
beyond frustrating!
The Jedi Council had screwed up big in allowing a non-diapered student to
begin training, and yet, thanks to said student’s extraordinary denseness,
Palpatine hadn’t even been able to profit from it! If they had to break the
tradition and code set down for their protection, couldn’t they have let
someone benefit? So they wanted to accept an older student, why not go all
the way? Why not initiate, say, an eighteen-year-old with absent parents and
anger issues—someone Palpatine could use? No, they had to set their sights
on this doe-eyed, personality-challenged, prepubescent.
How does one corrupt a ten-year-old? Palpatine spent a moment imagining what
he might say to the boy. “Come to the Dark Side . . . we have . . .
cookies.” If that worked, the Galaxy was in even worse shape than he
thought.
Something would have to be done, because the situation was getting out of
hand. Just last week, Palpatine had been forced by necessity to clean his own
lightsaber! Only the fact that most of his servants did not have a sense of
smell had saved him from the indignity of having to launder his own sinister
robes. Glancing around his chambers for inspiration, Palpatine tried
desperately to think of how else he might bribe, seduce, or otherwise corrupt
a dense ten-year-old to eternal damnation. Nothing. He was drawing up
blank.
His scowl deepening by the second, he slapped a button on the wall. Within
moments, a scantily-clad Twi’lek appeared from around the corner. Normally,
he would have enjoyed examining her (ahem) uniform, but today he had no
interest. He skewered the poor servant with a glare that could implode stars
before uttering one terse command.
“Bring me cookies.”

I have a challenge for you! In this challenge you would have to include somewhere the words "Come to the dark side, we have cookies." I don't care how long it is, it could be a one shot, or a vignette, or novel length if you'd like. It can be tragedy or parody, or angst, or friendship, I don't really care. And it doesn't have to be a Sith that says it. It can be anyone from any of the six movies, or the Jedi Apprentice books, or whatever other star wars media there it out there. They don't have to really mean it when they say it, they can be saying it sarcastically if you want. The point being, I don't care, it can be anything, as long as it have those words in it! Artemis Fowl

Holly/Artemis- I've never really liked this one. They're different species, and she's waaay older than him. I like them as just friends.

Minerva/Artemis- I think they're good for each other.

Root/Vyenna(sp?)- They'd make a nice couple.

Holly/Trouble- Yes, they are very similar, and both enjoy being in the L.E.P. (Until Sool came along. He's the fairy you love to HATE!)

Harry Potter

Harry/Ginny- YES : )

Ron/Hermione-YES

Draco/Hermione, Ginny- NO! Though I do like stories in which Draco turns good, I really can't imagine him with any of the main female characters.

I really don't have a preference about this, it mostly depends on what mood I'm in. As long as it's nothing ludicrous such as Azula/Aang. Though now that I think about it, I've never really liked TyLokka.

Book 3 Fire - Sorry Everyone. It's dead, if it were ever alive to begin with. Its the kind of first fanfic attempt that failed miserably.

Party for Arty- Finished. No sequel. Just a one shot.

Of String and Stone- Sorry, this is finished and will remain a two-shot.

Beware the Red-Haired Man - Also just a oneshot. Completed.

What If? - This will probably be updated as I get ideas for it, and that might not be anytime soon. Sorry. : (

Pretty Please - Done. It was really just an advert for my challenge.

Caves and other underground labyrinths - I might possibly make a sequel or add a chapter to this one to tell how they managed to get out of the cave, but I don't want to force inspiration and give you guys a mediocre ending that will ruin whats already there. Sorry.
