![]() Author has written 14 stories for Harry Potter. You only need to know one thing about me: I love Harry Potter! I started writing when I was only five years old and haven't stopped since. I often get writer's block and sometimes have to put a story or an idea away for a while. But I almost always go back to it and at least try to touch up the details, mostly for my sake. I always have to start with a basic outline and premise, although almost always, that outline will change drastically throughout. In order for me to finish a story, I have to truly visualize and get in touch with all of my characters. I have to know who they are inside and out. But this is my favorite part of writing--coming up with a well-rounded character. Thanks to J.K. Rowling, I get the basic idea for them all and I am so grateful to her for giving me a foundation. Most of the stories I come up with are Lily/James but I have been dabbling with a bit of New Generation. We have more information regarding the LJ era so there's a more rigid storyline to work with. But I love that the New Generation is an open book and I can do with it what I want. I hope you enjoy reading these stories as much as I enjoyed writing them. MY FANFICS: A Way With Words-This is my most recent story, focusing on James Sirius Potter, Fred Weasley II, and their BFF and OC, Alice Longbottom as they navigate the very competitive world of Quidditch in their seventh year at Hogwarts. A Different Kind of Love Story-This will me a multi-chapter story set in Rose, Scorpius, & Albus' seventh year. I enjoyed trying my hand at something new. I posted this a week before HP and the Cursed Child came out and before that play, little was known about the Next Generation. So it was nice having free reign over the characters and the plot. Goodbyes on the Balcony-Two years later, I finally posted the first chapter! This is the sequel to Tears on the Balcony and Kisses on the Balcony. It's going to be the final story of the three-part series. It's the gang three years after Hogwarts dealing with so much turmoil mainly due to the war. They are no longer teenagers and are finding that concept somewhat hard to grasp. While it's not absolutely necessary, I think reading TotB and KotB would be beneficial. Completed as of May 4, 2016. Blame-This is just a one-shot on the day of Fred's funeral. It's about how all of the Weasleys and the people who love them cope with the aftermath of the unfortunate death of one of their own. I really enjoyed writing this. It's one of the first stories I wrote that wasn't set during the Marauder era and I was surprised to find that I enjoyed writing a short scene to coincide with post-Deathly Hallows. I felt like a lot more research was involved, not only with specific details but in learning about each of the characters and their mannerisms. Kisses on the Balcony-I have finally got around to finishing this story! This is the sequel to Tears on the Balcony so you should read that story before reading this one. I have really enjoyed writing both TotB and this story and I hope you enjoy reading it. It, too, is a little AU so bear with it. Please read it and let me know what you think. I welcome all kind of reviews. Completed as of March 2010. Tears on the Balcony-I love this story! I love the characters, I love the plot line, I love the effort I've put into it. It's a little bit AU and by FAR my favorite story to have written--I love writing longer stories because I can do so much more with them. Please read and tell me what you think! Completed as of February 4, 2007. Memories- This story is an AU fic since it most definitely does not follow the fifth book! It's so far from the truth but I don't care. This is my first L/J fic that takes place after Hogwarts so it was an interesting experience for me. This one is completed as of April 5, 2004. I wrote it when I was only 13 years old so the writing is a tad amateur. Someday-This was just supposed to be a tiny fanfic based off of James' thoughts about Lily. I wasn't planning on writing a sequel or prequel to it because i like it the way it is. It was inspired by my best friends' thoughts about his crush and it led to this. Late Night Kiss-I have received some strange e-mails and reviews about this. This wasn't supposed to be preferably realistic. It was just supposed to be fun and cute. Everyone receives a broken heart at one point in their life and this is what had happened to Lily and what led to it. I don't care if some people thought it was dumb and pathetic because I liked the way it turned out. Written in the Stars-This is a one-chapter story about the relationships of Lily's past through the eyes of Remus which I had a good time writing. I like the character of Remus and it was fun to go inside his head. Elaborate Lives-This is a story of how Sirius had found his true identity by running away from home written through his own eyes, which I also enjoyed writing since he's my FAVORITE character. This story coincides with WRITTEN IN THE STARS, but you don't have to read one to understand the other. My Valentine-Naturally, this is also LJ story, just a one-shot, but it's mostly just about Lily and her thoughts on Valentine's Day. It doesn't get mushy until the end; just her suddenly feeling alone when she's stuck without a Valentine. Hogwarts: Beginning to End-Just something I wrote when I was bored one day--I think it's somewhat creative! Unconditional Love-This is just a one-shot on Sirius' thoughts on Lily and James' wedding day. I really like it and I think it's cute (yes, I did just say cute! haha) If you have anything to suggest to me-new story ideas, chapter ideas, etc. etc.-e-mail me! I love getting e-mail almost as much as I love HARRY POTTER books (almost!). |
