I'm a 29-year-old stay-at-home-mom of two small children, and I've dabbled in more fandoms than I care to name; alas, I've only actually written for Harry Potter and Stargate Atlantis.

I am very firmly R/Hr and H/G when it comes to 'ships in Harry Potter fanfiction -- have been since the first two books. In SGA fandom, I tend to gravitate toward Beckett/Cadman, although I have a soft, squishy spot in my heart for Major Lorne and will read just about anything featuring him. Recently I've started reading in the Star Trek Reboot fandom, and have my very first slash OTP: Kirk/McCoy. Unfortunately, there's so much canon to learn for Trek fandom that I don't know that I'll ever bring myself to write for it, but it's a heck of a lot of fun to read and lurk in a fandom that seems to be unnaturally positive and nice to each other, :)

UPDATES

(08-02-09) : I haven't updated this in more than four years, and yet lately I've been getting a higher than average number of reviews and subscriptions for stories that I wrote ages and ages ago. It's awfully flattering, and has prompted me to post some of the stuff I've written in the intervening four years, even if all of it has been in the Stargate Atlantis fandom, for the most part... Updating my profile information, as well, to reflect the fact that I now have kids and other interests besides HP, :)

(01-23-05) : Second round at H/G Ficafest on Livejournal - this time I'm offering 'The Cleverness of Me', which is... different.

(07-17-04) : The very first round of fic challenges is up at the H/G Ficafest on Livejournal. 'Bangers and Toast' is my contribution, and it's a sequel of sorts to the much earlier 'Lot In Life'

(02-11-04) : I scribbled 'Catharsis' in my notebook weeks ago, and never bothered to post it, since it's so short. Figured I'd post it now, though, if only to keep it in the same place with the rest of my work...

(09-09-03) : I've finally managed to motivate myself to post the fic I've been working on for the past four months -- or more. It's given me fits, because it's my first chapter fic, but also because I started writing if before the release of OotP. Revisions have been a nightmare, quite literally. I'd appreciate reviews, though -- so check out 'Sleepwalker', now posted in its entirety.
