October 24, 2009: As of today, the New Blood trilogy is over. As such, my last fanfic as slickboy444 is complete. As I stated previously, I will no longer be making any new stories. I will stay true to what I said earlier and part ways with this account once and for all. Now that is not to say that I will not write again. I may start new stories down the line, but if I do they will not be in this account. They will be under a new screen name. This all depends on how a number of issues turn out, none of which I have any control over. Hopefully, I can pull myself together enough to get back into it. For now, though, slickboy444 is retired. I will keep every story up and I still encourage everybody to read and review them. I'm still eager to get feedback as it will surely help me move forward.

Through this difficult time, some very special people have helped me. I would also like to thank all those who took the time to review my stories, past and present. I never would have written this much without so much support.

Final Update January 1st, 2010: It is official. I started writing again. But as stated previously, I will no longer be doing it in the slickboy444 account. But in order to get the word out to everybody who has me as a favorite, I posted one last short story with Uatu the Watcher finally laying to rest this account. From here on out, all my new material will be posted on my new account MarvelMaster616. Please head on over to my new account to see a brand of stories for the new decade.

So once and for all, slickboy444 is no more. Again, I would like to sincerely thank those who encouraged me to keep going even after I felt I could no longer do this. I'm glad I have a chance to start writing again and I'm very excited about the plans I have for this ambitious new project. Thank you and I hope you enjoy my new work as MarvelMaster616.
