I'm a 36 married mother of five. My passions include many things such as reading, writing, music, and sports.

I was born and raised in the south suburbs of Seattle. Naturally, I love all their teams: Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, and yes I still love the Sonics even though they are gone. I grew up in a family that loves football and it still holds true today (Not just a fair-weather fan because they are now Superbowl Champions). When I married my husband he was a rugby man, but I quickly converted him.

I'm really into all kinds of music. I was born family of rockers, and hit my teens during the grunge age living Seattle. I love bands such as Led Zepplin, Metallica, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam. I also love newer rock like Three Days Grace, Theory of a Deadman, A Day to Remember, Counterfeit, and my personal favorite Linkin Park (RIP Chester). Growing up in poorer neighborhoods in south Seattle, I got into rap and hip hop. Somewhere along the line I gained a liking for classical music, and maybe a bit of county because who can resist Tim McGraw.

I love all kinds of books including horror, sci-fi, true crime, and occasionally British classics. My favorite author by far is Stephen King, but I like all kinds of stories as long as they capture my attention and keep it. It's usually even better when I can relate to it.

I am definitely different than most in regards to having so many clashing passions, and each passion being such a broad range, but I love them all (maybe that is why I got into the Divergent Series). I use to write a lot when I was younger, but slowly it died away and I am now getting back into it. Reading all the fanfiction, I needed to get my own ideas written down.
