Hello, hello! My name is Mae, and I am 22 years old. I hail from Maryland in the United States, and I am still waiting on my Hogwarts Letter of Acceptance. Can you blame me?

I have been on and off the site for ages. As you can see, I have written a few stories and I haven't really completed any of them. (The exception being my first story, Under the Maple Tree, which is in dire need of editing, but I doubt that will come to pass.) I hope that one day I will write a lovely fanfiction and actually finish it, but we will have to see about that.

I am a fangirl at heart. I try not to let it completely take over my life, but often times it does just that. The following are some of my major fandoms, and I will likely be writing in these universes at some point or another:

Lord of the Rings, Sherlock, Supernatural, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Star Trek: Into Darkness

It's a short list, but I should try and limit myself until I actually finish something.

I am always looking for someone to look over my work and give me a second opinion. So even if you don't want to review, feel free to send me a message, especially if you would like to discuss being a beta. (I don't really understand how the whole process works, but the idea of having someone taking a look for spelling, grammar, and proper characterization sounds like something I could really use.)
