![]() Author has written 3 stories for Death Note. I, as both a reader and a writer find it increasingly infuriating that stories can get thousands of hits yet only a few reviews. What could take you five or ten minutes to read could have taken someone several hours to write and a lot of planning. Reviews encourage people and make them feel good about their writing. I do solemnly swear to review all the fics I read, regardless of the number of reviews, its age, or anything else. I have joined the Review Revolution. Favourite Movies: Ice Age: The Continental Drift, and that's all I can think of now Favourite Books: The Kane Chronicles (Entire Series even though I'm on book two now...), Hunger Games (Entire Series), Percy Jackson (Entire Series), The Lost Hero (All of the Books that are Out), and probably more if I can think of any... Notes About Me: I'm back! I've started a new story called "A Sound that Echoes". "Thief Takes Time" will no longer be updated since I no longer feel the flow of the plot anymore. Oh yeah and I'm into other things now. BLACK BUTLER FTW! XDDDD Now for some random stuff with the characters from Thief takes Time! Time, Near and Mello were in an arabic shop in Egypt. Time went over to a cooler and took out a drink that read 'Bebsi'. He tilted his head in confusion then turned to Near, "hey, Near, can you come over here for a second?" The white haired boy walked over and peered over the younger boy's shoulder, reading the label as well, "ah, I see" "Is this a typo or something?" Time asked, playing with the cold drink in his hand. "No" Near said flatly, twirling his hair, "in arabic there is no 'p' in their alphabet, so instead of 'p' they would use 'b'" he looked at the drink in his friend's hands, "That should've been bretty obvious for you" Time smirked, "well sorry but I'm not a smarty bants like you" he looked down at his drink again, "so let me guess, I would have to order a bebsi with my bizza if I were arabic?" "Brobably" Near said back, smiling at their little conversation. "If anyone says another 'b' word again then I'll puke" Mello suddenly jumped in, crossing his arms and scowled. This sent both Near and Time laughing, Mello just glaring at them all. We all know that man in the blue cloak from the story right? Well to shine a little more light on his personality I'll add a little part here with him as the star! No people, he's not supposed to be a creeper. The man stood outside the orphanage, watching over the kids that played there. He had his hood on as usual, the shadow covering his face. He remained hidden in the forest nearby, looking over his shoulder... that is, he was hoping to stay hidden. "HIYO!" He jumped and his hood almost fell off his head. He turned his head to see where the greeting came from to spot a girl about 11 years old looking up at him, "what's your name?" she asked. Oh great, the man thought, this must be Alice the chatterbox... "Why are you wearing that?" Alice looked at the man's cloak, pointing at it with curiousity, "have you ever considered on taking it off before? It looks so dusty!" The man's eye twitch with annoyance, th-this girl... oh god... "And why aren't you talking to me?" Alice looked up at the man again, her eyes filled with question, "you can talk right? I totally understand if you are shy, I mean lots of people that come here are shy at first sight since they didn't know what was going on. Totally normal! You are new here right? Are you staying here or are you just visiting?" The man clasped his hands over his ears, gritting his teeth, arrrrrghhh! Someone turn this thing off! "Hey! Am I annoying you?" Alice tilted her head. "YES!" The man declared, looking at the younger girl, "yes you are! NOW SHUT UP!" Alice pouted and crossed her arms, "now that is rather rude of you, it's not nice to talk to a lady that way you know?" A lady?! She's barely 13! The man gritted his teeth together to keep himself from yelling at the girl. If he did, then everyone would know he was here. "Though you remind me a lot about Mello" Alice continued, not even caring a single bit that the man wasn't answering to her, "I mean I don't even know why he is like that all the time, probably because of Near but I don't know what's going through his mind! Yet I think you're a lot nicer than him since he put a piece of chewed up gum in my shoe once. Do you know how gross that is?! YUCK!" she made a disgusted face, "but if Near is the problem he is acting like this I guess that is understandable. I would be rather fustrated if someone took my place! Talking about places, have you ever went shopping before? I hear that there is a big sale on Sports Chek starting tomorrow! Too bad I can't go since rules specifically says-" "I DON'T CARE IF YOU CAN'T GO SHOPPING OR NOT!" The man shouted at Alice, who had hit his last nerve, "JUST SHUT UP SO EVERYONE CAN HAVE SOME PEACE!" That did it. Alice blinked and looked up at the man, not saying a word. Then the man sighed with relief that there was finally some quiet. He leaned on the tree again and looked back at the crowd of orphans playing. He didn't really care if Alice was beside him, as long as she doesn't talk or piss him off... but that's just him. After ten seconds of calm silence Alice spoke up again, "so about those dresses-" "ARRRRGGGH!" Well? What do you think? Now you know a little more about the man's character that you wouldn't be able to see in the chapters! Well... the ticked off side of him at least. Yes he is indeed a human, he can get ticked off when Alice the chatterbox starts picking up random topics. Alice can annoy almost anyone -.- Poor man in blue cloak... XD |
