To all who claim "freedom of speech" and "I have the first amendment on my side!" ... go and take a government class. You will learn that you in fact don't. The freedom of speech is for you to speak freely about the government to the government. In regards to posting whatever you want on this site and then claiming you have the right to do so, you do not. If it violates the TOS or site rules (both accessible on this site), then your "first amendment" does zip.
