I have been an devoted fan of American Gothic since the show first aired and still watch it to this day. Amongst other things, one of the most intriguing parts of the show for me was the relationship between Lucas and Gail, how Lucas' darkness appeared to prevent any form of love towards anyone; however, he was drawn to Gail regardless of this and her to him, despite her better judgement. The subtle indications throughout the series that the couple were linked on a more spiritual level and were meant to be together was fascinating to me and I started to write after I read the unofficial seasons written by fans, as I was confused as to why Gail was not portrayed in a good light and in my imagination the couple were destined for more.

I was nervous about writing but wrote my first short story Stranded and published it here in 2006, it went over well so I published Epiphany in 2006 then took a long break and lost my log in details so could not continue under that username. I started back up again in 2015 and have been writing ever since.

I appreciate everyone has idea's about what should happen with our beloved characters from this outstanding show and I hope you enjoy my take on what may have happened had American Gothic continued.
