Alfred has hydrocephalus, a condition which causes excess fluid to gather in his brain, and when he lands himself in the hospital, his parents do what they do best - bicker over his wellbeing. Although his family is far from perfect, he can't think of anyone better suited to care for him than his gentle brother, fretful papa, and neurologist dad (FACE family, one-shot).
