Hello! I'm a 19 year old girl who loves writing. I don't know if I'm any good at it, but I don't really care. I don't know why but I love being able to disappear into another world for a stretch of time whether it's one of my own making or someone else's. Writing is just something I've always done to keep my thoughts straight, because I sure do have a lot of them. I've been reading fanfiction for a couple years now, wanting to write my own. And then one day it hit me that I could actually do that...

So here I am!

I am in love with Harry Potter. Books, movies, and everything in between. I've loved it for more years than I can remember. It is my number one obsession, and it will always stay that way. I know every little piece of information in the series and love myself for it. So yeah, I'm one of those people :D

And I'm a Ravenclaw on Pottermore and couldn't be any more excited! :D

I also love Merlin, the TV show. From the moment I watched it two summers ago I fell in love. I need Merlin like I need oxygen. But I guess that's what fanfiction is for! Because I pretty much got this for Merlin and my favorite fandom to write in is Merlin. There is just so much you can do with the characters and so many different story lines. And the whole "Keep the magic secret" thing is a fantastic story starter. So those are definitely my favorite stories on here, not to say I don't love the others! UPDATE I can't believe it is over! I don't think I'll every find anything that will fill the Merlin sized hole I now have, but I am so glad to have known it and to have fallen in love with it, and just to have been able to experience it. Because Merlin is great, and it always will be to me. Oh, and I half hated and half loved the end. I can't decide. That's alright though-more fanfiction!

BBC Sherlock is probably one of the best television shows that ever existed. I know, I just said that about Merlin, but Sherlock is just on a different universe of awesome. It is pure genious and if you are looking for a show that is absolutely fantastic I would recommend it a thousand times over. And I'm dying for the third season! I need to know what happened! How am I going to wait a full year??? But of course with Watson running around as Bilbo and Sherlock causing problems as Smaug, and messing with Captain Kirk, I guess I can't blame them...(But I still can't wait!) Sorry if I'm a little crazed. I don't know anyone else who likes it and it's killing me! I just want to talk about it for hours! Anyways...I love it.

Oh, while we're on the subject of Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock), I love the radio series he's in-Cabin Pressure. I never thought I'd love a radio series, but they're just so hilarious! Alright, moving on.

Okay, I know, I've gone on about how much I love Merlin and Sherlock, but here I go again. Doctor Who is absolutely amazing and could be the best television show in existence.The doctor is just so lovable and is companions are just so fantastic, and I fell in love with it from the very beginning and now I am most certainly obsessed. IT'S JUST SO GOOD!

And of course I have to mention Once Upon a Time! The story line is great, the plot is great, and you can never tell whether the evil characters are really evil, or just, uh, misunderstood. And any episode with Rumpelstiltskin just makes me so happy, because he is my favorite character. But then again, Henry's adorable, Snow and Charming's romance makes me so happy, Regina's just awesome, Hook is fantastic, and Cora is just plain evil. Who couldn't love it?

The Hunger Games are also very, very good. The dark themes, and even darker story line are fascinating, and once I picked up the first book I couldn't stop reading. And who would ever think of an idea like that and successfully write a book like that, the people love? It's so wrong, but oh so fantastic. And of course the movie was so well done, as far as book to movie adaptations go, and Jennifer Lawrence was perfect for Katniss.

And no great list is finished without The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. Tolkien was a genius, and wrote truly amazing stories, which I will always love.

Although I'd love to go in depth for every single book, tv show, movie, musical, etc. that I like, here are a few more that are just as special to me, but don't quite have the honor of being listed above: Downton Abbey, the Inheritance Cycle, Star Wars, BBC's Robin Hood, Pretty Little Liars, Legend of the Seeker, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Wicked, Rent, Billy Elliot, and the list goes on.

I also love everything written by Dan Brown. His stories are just great page turners, I can never put them down.

On another note, some of my favorite authors include Kurt Vonnegut, George Orwell, F. Scott Fitzgerald, and Hemingway.

Twilight was my guilty pleasure. Now I'd rather stay far, far away from it.

Harry Potter:

Ron/Hermione-my absolute favorite. It may just be the best relationship in anything I've read. I just love it that much. I absolutely HATE Harry/Hermione, no offence, it's just not right, because I love the almost brother/sister relationship Harry and Hermione have too much for it to be anything more :D

Harry/Ginny-come on, she obsessed over him for five books before they even started dating. Tell me that's not adorable! And there's something hilarious about Harry marrying his best friend's sister...

Lily/James, Remus/Tonks, and I can't decide whether I'm Neville/Luna or not...

Merlin:

Arthur/Gwen-It's just so adorable. Even since I watched 'The Once and Future Queen' I have been strictly Arthur/Gwen. I HATE Gwen/Lancelot, even though I love Lancelot and all that he stands for. It's just, he stands between Arthur/Gwen, the best relationship on television, and I really don't like that at ALL.

There is a part of me that likes Merlin/Morgana. I don't know, that good and evil thing. But that's never going to happen. I mean, he's poisened her, thrown her down stairs, destroyed both of her immortal armies, almost killed Morgause, and she's tried to kill him, Arthur, and Uther more times than I can count. But still... :P

And then there is the part of me that's slightly Merthur. I mean seriously, the finale? However, I really think that the bromance is better than a romance. Because the Bromance is the show, and I just love Arthur/Gwen far too much.

Moral of the Story? I will always write Arthur/Gwen, Merlin/Freya.
