Plot: Chrissy has been a vampire for eighteen years, forever 16 and a half. When she meets Renesmee Carlie Cullen, her thoughts and ways of being a vampire completely change. But when danger comes from a nomad whom wants to take revenge on her (which she doesn't remember), the Cullens decide to help her. I recently saw the trailer for a stunning animated film coming in September 9th, 2009. Great release date for a film that's titled "9". "9" is an animated film based on Shane Acker's Academy Award winning short film with the same title. The story is set at a post apocalyptic time where a group of rag people are set out to try and survive while their predators attempt to hunt them down and steal their 'soul' by sucking it out with some type of device. With Tim Burton producing and the creator Shane Acker being the visionary director and Timur Bekmambetov directing, there is no doubt this will be a hit. The short film doesn't include speaking parts, for it is just a short. But the film includes a star cast; Elijah Wood starring as 9, the hero, and the others in the group including Crispin Glover, John C. Reilly, Jennifer Conolly, Martin Landeu, and Christopher Plummer. The trailer includes the ever-so popular song (from one of my favorite bands) 'Welcome Home' by Coheed and Cambria. The short film made me stare forever at the computer screen. It is beautifully crafted and so creative, made from the heart and soul. If I were you, go to www.youtube.com and type in "9 movie trailer". It is really something to watch!
