Right, stuff about me:

I'm female.

I'm pretty introspective, but definitely not introverted. I just wonder a lot, about all sorts of stuff (from whether I can eat the uncooked brownie to which solution to Schrodinger's cat is the most probablel). I'm a pretty common-sensical person, but I do think of crap at times. Especially when I'm drunk.

My friends once described me as a conflicting character: a deep, logical thinker with pretty frequent bouts of insanity; a bubbly, friendly person who can become absolutely terrifying; a shy, and yet outgoing girl; a violent pyromaniac who can be incredibly sweet and thoughtful at times. Then my best friend summed it up: I'm a chameleon, constantly adapting to the world around me. I nodded thoughtfully. Then I smacked her for calling me an effing reptile.

I'm totally into music, and like spending my days surrounded by it. Preferably indie/alternative/rock/AvengedSevenfold, though I'll listen to anything else that's good too. Really, I'll even kiss you if you point me to a really great piece of music. Though I'll probably set your house on fire if it sucks.

I don't think I'm as athletic as my friends think I am, though I do really enjoy martial arts, especially Judo :) Unfortunately, my skill doesn't match my enthusiasm, though I have no either why my lack of skill didn't dampen my enthusiasm. Maybe I just like getting hit? Masochist, maybe? -shudder-

I'm a gamer too, which is kinda why I don't think I'm athletic. I don't think it's actually possible to be both, but feel free to correct me :) I love free-roam games, because I love the freedom when exploring (which does explain why I'm constantly getting lost), but utterly suck at shooter games on console due to lack of coordination. I'm pretty good shooting with a mouse though. I think. I hope.

I'm an avid reader, especially when there's crime and mystery involved. Throw in some medical thriller and I'm in love :D I detest sappiness and mushiness, though fluffiness with plot is still acceptable. Guess it's because I'm pretty cynical but yet a closet-romantic.

I like slightly unusual pairings when reading fanfics, since the usual pairings are likely done to death and get boring quickly. Two people can get together in only so many ways under similar situations, though AUs are a completely different story. Literally, and figuratively.

I dislike godlike characters who seem to just pull special powers out of their asses all the time. I mean, sure, it's nice to see the character you're rooting for pwning, but invincibility is over-rated, and invincibility coming out of nowhere just kills the plot. And my brain, too.

I don't really like OCs in general, since I just can't see them belonging in the story. Exceptions are when the OC is, for lack of a better word, moulded into the story - well-developed, there for a good reason, and contribute to the plot. I usually can't stand fics in which someone from the real world falls into the story's world, since those people generally act like retards, and everyone else goes bananas. Other than not behaving like they have shit for brains, the same stuff for OCs apply.

When I read, the absolutely most important thing to me is the plot. It has to be just right. If it's rushed, it won't make sense, but if it's draggy, it's just tedious. It has to provide adequate explanations so that things don't seem random, but some mystery and implied facts so that it makes me think as I read. And the one thing I hate the most is bad grammar. I mean, I can understand if English is not your first language and there're a few mistakes, since perfection is impossible. But there're stories which barely make sense, simply because the grammar is so bad. It interrupts my reading, since I have to keep pausing to unscramble the sentence, which annoys me to no end. Really, getting a beta isn't that hard, and it won't kill you to read it through before updating too. NOTE: I am NOT blaming you if English is not your first language, I'm just asking that you get someone capable to help you correct your mistakes before updating. PLEASE.

I'm not much of a writer, as shown by the number of fics I have written: zero. As such, I know some people will think me unworthy of ranting about bad writing because I don't write. But do critics have to know how to do whatever they're critiquing? Do food critics have to know how to cook gourmet food? Do music critics have to know how to make music? No. They simply have to understand what it entails and requires to be good. I think I do understand that, in my own psychotic way, and so I find myself worthy of ranting. If you don't agree, feel free to contradict and explain the reasons why to me, I'll enjoy the verbal sparring at the very least.

But anyway, I actually have written stories, but they're original stories written years ago from when my English teacher discovered that I had a talent for writing narrative essays (which is just a fancy term for stories), and made me write some for a competition that I eventually chose not to enter. Please don't ask to read them, because I wrote them when I was 15/16 and I don't particularly like them since they don't really reflect my writing style now.

Right, I feel like I've been ranting through my entire self-intro, so I'm gonna talk about some other stuff about me.

I seem tomboyish to some, studious to others (like one or two), but no one expected me to like cooking. For some reason, I love shopping at the supermarket and cooking, though I'm not very good yet. One of my goals in life is to be able to cook many dishes, and cook them well. My friend scoffed when I told him that. I ripped into him, then proceeded to make him a batch of cookies as an apology, haha. But really, cooking is awesome, and eating the fruits of my labor is even better :D

I have a big brother, who can be annoying as hell sometimes, and terribly nice at others. Mostly the former. But no matter what, he always looks out for me, helps me whenever he can and makes sure that no one hurts me. Except him, of course. Since he practices MMA and I know some fighting skills, he always tries to get me to roughhouse with him. And I never agree because he is tough as hell. Unless we're fooling around with pillows and sticks, then I'll murder him as best I can with a soft fluffy pillow.

You know, I think I actually sound kinda smart when writing. But that image vanishes the moment I open my mouth to speak. I can be a completely insane idiot when talking, mostly because I'm pretty imaginative and can give awesomely ridiculous ideas and explanations to my friends. Not to mention I can get pretty random and end up going off tangents upon tangents. It's even worse with my best friend, because we practically share a brain and apparently stupidity multiplies instead of adding. That's why I'm usually known among my friends as the craziest fun person around - I may not be the most fun, but I am definitely the most cray-cray xD

OH I ALMOST FORGOT - Favorite Pairings:

- Marimite: Yumi/Shimako, Yumi/Sei, Shimako/Noriko, Yumi/Touko, and pretty much Yumi/everyone except Sachiko because it'll be awesome seeing how it would work out and the look on everyone else's face. Also, Yumi/Sachiko gets boring quickly and Sachiko is honestly underserving of Yumi's love sometimes.

- Naruto: Naruto/Tayuya, Shikamaru/Temari, Naruto/FemKyuubi, Sakura/Kakashi and Nagato/Konan. Not much to say about this, since it's just my preference, except that I like unusual pairings with Naruto. And Sakura/Akatsuki crack is just epicly awesome. Awepic, really.

- Harry Potter: Harry/Hermione, Harry/Luna, Harry/Daphne, Harry/Fleur, and Harry/Ginny occasionally, if it's well written.

- Glee: FABERRY ALL THE WAY!!!! And Brittana, Faberrittana and Puckleberry. All with badassery involved, of course. And Puckleberry/Quinntana/Pezberry/Hummelberry friendship are all awesome!

- Rizzoli & Isles: Rizzles, of course!!

- Frozen: Elsanna, duh. With the way they portray their relationship and interactions, I was actually half-surprised when they didn't end up as the canon couple (half, because Disney is almost definitely against incest).
