![]() Author has written 4 stories for Doctor Who, and Stargate: Atlantis. Cleaning my account is going to take some time so please bear with me. There's a lot to fix and a lot to scrap completely. I understand that several of you have put my stories on alert and favorited them and such and at the moment I cannot be hundreds on whether or not they will still be scrapped. No, wait. If I want to do this right it all has to go. Everything. Except things that I would've reposted anyways. AKA - the stuff I am still proud of. If you think something should be reposted PM me and I'll take another whack at it with a big stick. I might be able to bring the story back with a lot of editing or I may just flat out proclaim it dead. I would say no complaining but I don't really predict any. The stuff I delete will be outright crap, no one could possibly still want to read it. A lot of it hasn't been updated in so long that nobody cares anyways... So when it comes down to it - What is staying: [safe] . Packaging What is gone: [bye bye] . (everything not mentioned above or that is not found below) What is being worked on: [revising eventually] . The Rather Ravenous Garden What I have a brand new chapter or two of: [I look forward to ironing out the wrinkles] . Endless Years ~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~~~~V~~~~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~V~~ Endless Years, now on its third or fouth revision, is by far my most visited story and the one I have been working on occasionally for the two or so years I have been gone. I have a solid prologue and first chapter with chapter two in the works. The story is now solely a Whoverse fanfiction; which, in my opinion, makes it a little more believable. Crossovers, unless done well, are more of a satire to me by this point. That's why I look back to the current EY with all of the holes and insights the readers send in and I laugh. What the heck was I thinking? It's a tad too weird. In a sense, the new EY is a tad too unbelievable too: a Time Lady survives the Time War. Yeah, half of you must be screaming- "Mary Sue! Kill it with fire!". But being a Time Lady who survived the Time War somehow, surviving alien encounters, having your own ship, meeting the Doctor, and getting inside the Stargate Program was a little too overboard for me. I felt like I, as the author, had gotten away with too much. So I have toned it down a whole lot. There will be more risky elements in the story later on but as a whole I believe that the new Venn gets her share of trouble. Endless Years, the current story that is own FFN may be taken down. I really do want to forget it ever even happened. The toned down story that I have drafts of, the one with the working title, I guess you would call it, of Endless Years... The name may be changed to something more suited or I may keep the title for my new story and change the name of the horrible incident that was the Stargate/Who crossover which was spawned at my fingertips. Not hundreds yet though. Back Whenever, M | |||||||
