Marco's deep depression over Star's relationship with Tom forces him to leave Mewni castle in search of solace, but when he happens upon a sacred place that seems to offer untold happiness, he gets struck with tragedy. What is this place that knows what the heart truly wants, and what is the price it charges for it?

AU: It all started the day Moon's mother was assassinated. Now, the burdens of the royal crown have been passed on to her but it all proves too much to bear. Whisked away from her own dimension, she crashes in another where she will make new friends and foes alike. What problems await her, the Butterfly family, and those she meets? Hey everyone! After some thinking, I decided to give this another try. I made some minor but important changes here. This will be a completely AU story, since I really disagreed with most of the episodes and finale of the cannon series. Marco is going to go on a journey on his own planet, but going to have some company along! R&R, no flames, enjoy and leave long reviews!

AU SVTFOE: Marco meets Star Butterfly, current Queen of Mewni, who abruptly declares he is engaged to her. A war between monsters and the Mewni Kingdom, which has been going on for decades, doesn't help the situation. Will he be able to help the Queen with defending Mewni and those he cares about or will he fail? And why is he so unlucky? Rated M for violence and adult themes.

Marco and Kelly have been Breakup-buddies for two weeks, and things have been going marginally well. The only problem is that they (more specifically Kelly) want more out of this relationship than just “Break-up Buddies.” How will Kelly get what she wants? Will Marco deny being anything more?

After Lake House Fever, Marco is left to still cook for his family, but Kelly comes over to help with multiple things.

Story starts during the "Lava Lake Beach" episode in season 3 of SVTFOE. This is a Kelco story (maybe) that will show what I would have liked happened in the show if I were to be in Marco's shoes, while obviously still trying to keep his overall character. It will follow the canon, as best as possible, and will involve fluff and all that good stuff. There will also be OC's.
