Red Hood finds himself in the MU, & while he waits for his universe to find him, he decides to protect the city he finds himself in his own special way. Meanwhile the Avengers get reports that Red Skull has set up shop in their city, and so the Avengers & Shield get involved. Coincidence? I think not.
