IMPORTANT: I got kind of grounded... so updates... yeah, they won't be happening for a while, sorry! It's a long story, but basically apparently chatting with people you don't know in real life is bad (even though I was RPing... at least they don't know it was RP~ I'll be back to that in a while). Hi! Thanks for reading my profile. Um... yeah.

Let's get the basics out of the way. I am a girl, age 17. I have actually never written a complete fanfic before; it's mostly because I really want them to be perfect, and not total crap like- well, let's just say I have high standards. I'm a grammar Nazi. I actually like proofreading and using fancy conventions like semicolons and colons. I am also very good at nitpicking at stories for potential plot holes, unoriginality, and character flaws, so if you're looking for a good beta reader, here I am!

My favorite fanfics... Well, when it comes to RuroKen, I just love the Hiko-Kenshin fics that are set during training. (But come on people, don't make them a yaoi pairing! That's creepy! Kenshin's like 10!) I also enjoy Bakumatsu fics. I don't care if you make yaoi pairings (besides H-K), but try to keep the characters... in character. AU fics, hmm... they're okay I suppose, but I prefer canon. And no matter what you guys say, if you want Kenshin in modern times, he CAN'T use a sword!!! That's just stupid in my opinion. :P

Hetalia... well, I don't have a specific favorite couple, but my favorite character is GERMANY!!! Doitsu! Yay! M-preg is okay, as long as the pregnant one doesn't get all girly. . Especially America. He always ends up a wimp. I like Hetalia AU stuff, since the characters are so chronologically loose, if that makes sense? Like, they change in different time periods, but their personalities can be from any time. Not like RuroKen, where the whole thing works because of the turmoil of the era. Savvy?

Legend of Zelda, hmm, definitely Dark Link x Link. Love that kind of fic!

I'm a bit insane, if you haven't figured it out. I often talk to inanimate objects, apologize to my pencils for dropping them and curse in various languages when i stub my toe. :) I also dream in math or chemistry sometimes, occasionally history. In fact, I recently had a dream (well, the night of the AP US history test) where I couldn't remember if Talleyrand was involved in the Pinchot-Beringer agreement or the XYZ affair. Upon waking up, I immediately smacked myself on the forehead and said something to the tune of "Idiot! It's obviously the XYZ affair!" I checked, and I was right. :D I have self-diagnosed OCD (the OMG that paper is sticking out of the pile MUST FIX kind, not the MUST WASH HANDS 32 TIMES type.)

I love yaoi. Nuff said. But het couples are good too and I don't mind yuri.

I speak, as well as write, Spanish fluently, though my vocabulary is immensely larger in English (since all my classes are in English, it's a bit inevitable).

I am second generation Mexican-American. But I apparently look Filipino, which is weird since I'm 6 feet tall (apprx. 182 cm for my non-american readers). My hair is curly, but not so curly I can't brush it, nor so wavy it just looks bushy. I usually brush out the curls and put it into a hair tie. I wear glasses (near-sighted, with myopia), copper on the outer parts, green on the inside.

If all goes well, I will be valedictorian for my senior class next year, so don't panic if I don't update often once school starts again. I probably won't be on here at all near the end of the next school year, since AP tests are going to SUCK!

I live in Arizona. Yes, it is very hot. No, there aren't any cowboys.
