Hello everybody!
My (real) name is Cristina, I was born on the 25th of December (oh yes, just on Christmas Day!) and I live on the shores of Lake Maggiore, in Northern Italy.
I have a high school diploma in Foreign Languages and Literature (English, French and German) and two University degrees in Cultural Heritage Preservation and Archeology, and I am currently unemployed… But this is just a cover, because I actually am a Jedi Master of the Coruscant Jedi Council, a freelance mummy slayer and a Saint of Athena, guardian of the Isis-Sothis-Tauret god clothes ;-)

What I love: my partner, my mom, my friends, imagining and writing stories, watching movies or tv series on the telly (possibly while eating pizza), reading a book lying on the couch and maybe taking a nap (especially if it's raining outside), dining with friends, singing out loud when nobody hears me (The Beatles, Milow, Gavin DeGraw, Ed Sheeran, Elisa, Norah Jones, Tracy Chapman, Hanson, Blur and so many others), mythology, folk tales, fantasy and horror novels (J.R.R. Tolkien and Stephen King above all), ancient Egypt, London, Prague, Ireland, Provence, Montmartre, Andalusia, Romanesque, Gothic and Art Nouveau styles, Alphonse Mucha, Gustav Klimt, René Magritte, Salvador Dalì, Edmund Dulac and H.R. Giger, manga, comics, anime, cartoons, Asian horror movies, vampires (the *real* ones, those who use their fangs for sucking blood out of people and do not glitter in the sun), *The Couple* Mulder and Scully from The X-Files, the "almost" couple Buffy and Spike from BtVS, and the "unfortunately never has been" couple Dale Cooper and Audrey Horne from Twin Peaks, Sherlock Holmes, Patrick Jane, Cal Lightman, Dr. House and his being politically incorrect, MacGyver, Tom 'Loki' Hiddleston, Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen, Jake Gyllenhaal, James 'Spike' Marsters, Joshua 'Pacey' Jackson, Wentworth 'Michael Scofield' Miller, Zachary 'Sylar' Quinto, Ashley Zukerman, David Duchovny, Anna Torv, Natalie Portman, Rachel Weisz, Cate Blanchett, Scarlett Johansson, Sarah Wayne Callies and Gillian Anderson, Peter Jackson, Zach Braff, browsing through the old photobooks, playing Prince of Persia on PS3 and Raving Rabbids on the Wii, the colors of the sky at sunrise and sunset, the lake, bright horizons shortly after storms, the mountains, autumn, Christmas, the snow, the stars, incense, myrrh, lavender and cinnamon, cats, dogs and horses, my uncle's jam tart, Black Forest cake, Sachertorte, Catalan cream and strawberry Tiramisu, club sandwiches and fries with "pink mayonnaise" sauce, sandwiches and Prosecco, ethnic cuisine, crayons, soap bubbles, hot baths with a lot of foam, sleeping until late and eating as much.

What I hate: dust, mess, being late, any kind of physical exercise, diet, egocentricity disguised as altruism and pride disguised as false modesty, arrogance, power and arrogance in the hands of dishonest and ignorant people, whoever does not accept criticism, those who judge you on the basis of the job you do and ask what you will possibly do with your degree, the gossipy busybodies, the goody-goody at all costs, rudeness, rudeness and rudeness again, popular Italian music, pretentious movies, the hysterical and delusional dialogues from Gilmore Girls, Joey Potter from Dawson's Creek, Katie Holmes, Keira Knightley, glittering vampires, Baroque and Rococo styles, the minimalist style and/or the total white one, crowded places, children on scooters, old ladies wearing fur coats and walking with their dogs who force you to step off the pavement, even if you have three shopping bags in each hand, because "young people have no respect for older people", the summer heat in Venice, jocks, flies, models without an ounce of fat who swear that they have never done a diet in their life and that, indeed, they love junk food, parents who grow up their children as perfect idiots, ignorant and rude, the improper use of subjunctives and conditionals, Dan Brown (and all those who are still convinced that The Da Vinci Code is a historical essay), The Black Eyed Peas, the smell of smoke, packing and unpacking baggages, firecrackers, people who cannot drive, the fact that I never learned to play piano, toilet paper in public toilets that usually leave you with only one square centimeter in your hand, and then you have to stretch and twist your arm like Mr. Fantastic to run the roll, entrails, blood sausages, honey.

What I like to write (or I’d like to) and read about: The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, The Avengers, Thor, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, The X-Files, Twin Peaks, Sherlock, Heroes, Prison Break, Terra Nova, Saint Seiya, Prince of Persia… and basically everything I read and/or watch and I love (which is a lot of stuff).
